sein. Diverse Zusätze wie pflanzliche Öle, Mineralstoffgemische, Milcheiweiß, Vitaminmischungen,
Lecithin, eiweißreiche und lactosearme pulverisierte Milchkonzentrate, Alpha-Cellulose,
Quellmehle aus Mais, Reis, Hirse und dergleichen sowie weitere Bestandteile geben diesem Nahrungskonzentrat
seine Vollwertigkeit. Da es sich bei dieser Erfindung um ein Nahrungskonzentrat handelt und wie aufgeführt entsprechend viele Ingredienzen in diesem enthalten sind, ist das Endprodukt

Ferner ist es Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Inhaltsstoffe von Honig und die Inhaltsstoffe von Zusätzen zu erhalten und eine lange Lagerfähigkeit zu garantieren. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufgabenstellung sieht vor, diese Honig enthaltende Zusammensetzung als Aufstrichmasse für Brote und Backwaren sowie als Ausgangsmaterial für Naturheilmittel und Zusatzstoff bei der Herstellung von Back- und Konditorwaren sowie Müsli und Cornflakes, Molkereiprodukten und Eiscremes zu verwenden.The present invention is therefore based on the task of proposing a natural foodstuff with a high proportion of honey. Die dehydrierten pflanzlichen Bestandteile sind vorzugsweise gefriergetrocknete Pflanzenbestandteile.
