Damenbinden und Tampons dürfen nicht in Toiletten entsorgt werden. Deshalb müssen in allen Toiletten speziell dafür vorgesehene Papierbeutel vorhanden sein die eine Entsorgung über den Hausmüll möglich machen.Sanitary towels and tampons must not be disposed of in toilets. Der im Schutzanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, daß die Praxis zeigt, daß in vielen Fällen gerade diese Beutel fehlen und als Folge davon gebrauchte Hygieneartikel in einer Ecke der Toilette hinterlassen werden -(was für-das-Reinigungspersonal eine unnötige Zumutung ist), beziehungsweise doch in der Toilette entsorgt werden. Dies kann eine Verstopfung des Abflusses zur Folge haben und hohe Kosten für dessen Behebung nach sich ziehen. Viel gravierender aber sind die großen Probleme die dabei den Klärwerken bei der Wiederaufbereitung des Wassers entstehen.The invention specified in claim 1 is based on the problem that practice shows that in many cases these bags are missing and as a result used hygiene products are left in a corner of the toilet (which is an unnecessary burden for the cleaning staff) or are disposed of in the toilet.
