Description

Bei dieser Anordnung wird zunächst das Lippenstiftmaterial auf den Applikator aufgebracht, anschließend wird der Applikator in die Umhüllung eingeführt, und diese wird dann verschlossen. Hierbei besteht der Nachteil, daß zunächst das flüssige Lippenstiftmaterial auf den Applikator aufgebracht werden muß und der Applikator erst nach Aushärten des Lippenstiftmaterials in die Umhüllung eingeschoben werden kann. Darüber hinaus besitzt die Wanne eine Formschale, in welche, das heiße Lippenstiftmaterial eingespritzt werden kann. Die Lippenstiftprobepackung besteht beim Ausführungsbeispiel aus drei Teilen: einem Applikator 10, einem Formteil 20 und einer Deckfolie 30. Der Applikator 10 ist ein flaches, stabähnliches Kunststoff-Bauteil mit kreisförmig verbreiterten Enden. Die Enden haben vorzugsweise einen unterschiedlichen Durchmesser Dl,D2. Die Menge des Lippenstiftmaterials 50 wird dabei so gewählt, daß es durch das Durchgangsloch 15 austritt und somit von zwei Seiten formschlüssig am Applikator 10 anliegt. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß das Lippenstiftmaterial nach dem Erkalten mit dem Applikator 10 verbunden ist. Nachdem der Füllvorgang abgeschlossen ist, wird die Deckfolie 30 auf das Formteil 20 aufgesiegelt (Fig. 4).Dies geschieht im allgemeinen direkt nach dem Einfüllen des Lippenstiftmaterials 50, d.h. wenn es noch flüssig ist.
