Darüber hinaus kann die Trägerschicht weichmacherhemmend ausgebildet sein, so daß sie das blattwerkstoffseitige Abwandern des Weichmachers verhindert. Ein zwischen beiden befindlicher Klebstoff sorgt dafür, daß diese Bereiche bei bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch der Tasche nicht aufgerissen werden können, so daß die Funktion der Tasche 14 nicht beeinträchtigt wird. Die Ausbildung der Tasche 14 nur auf einem Teilbereich der gesamten Folienfläche und das Vorhandensein taschenfreier Bereiche 17 hat den Vorteil, daß Informationsflächen 19 vorhanden sein können, ohne den Taschenbereich optisch zu beeinflüssen. Fig.4 zeigt eine Informationsfläche 19 mit Informationen 18 in Gestalt von Buchstaben, die zu dem Wort "Parkschein" arrangiert sind. Da der Blattwerkstoff 12 zumindest im Bereich des Fensters 20 und die Adhäsionsfolie 10 transparent sind, können Aufdrucke des Symbolblatts 21 abgelesen werden. Der Markierung dient das Fenster 20', welches infolge der Transparenz der Adhäsionsfolie 10 und des Blattwerkstoffs 12 das Symbolblatt 21 erkennen läßt. Letzteres ist unterschiedlich farbig ausgestaltet, so daß das Fenster 20' die Form eines Hinweispfeils hat. Auf diesem Pfeil ausgerichtet, können auf das Symbolblatt aufgedruckte Symbole verwendet werden, beispielsweise die Ziffern 1 bis 12.
