Description

Die Neuerung betrifft eine Schachtabdeckung für einen Domschacht, in dem Regel- und Überwachungseinrichtungen sowie Tankanschlüsse der im Untergrund liegenden Tanks untergebracht sind, bestehend aus einem Deckel und einem ihn umgebenden und tragenden Rahmen, der einem Betonkranz zugeordnet ist.The innovation concerns a manhole cover for a dome shaft in which control and monitoring devices as well as tank connections of the underground tanks are housed, consisting of a cover and a surrounding and supporting frame, which is assigned to a concrete ring.

Derartige Schachtabdeckungen sind insbesondere im Bereich von Tankstellen im Einsatz, um die verteilt im Untergrund lagernden Tanks sowohl überwachen wie auch befüllen zu können. Von daher sollen derartige Schachtabdeckungen vor allem auch leicht zu handhaben sein. Eine zweiteilige Schachtabdeckung ist aus der DE-GM 92 11 733 bekannt, wobei eine Dichtschnur vorgesehen ist, auf der die beiden aufeinanderliegenden Teile der Schachtabdeckung aufliegen. Die gesamte Deckelkonstruktion ist so stabil, dass sie von Tankwagen und anderen Fahrzeugen ohne weiteres überfahren werden kann, wobei durch die Verschraubung gleichzeitig auch eine rappelsichere Ausbildung geschaffen ist. Allerdings ist ein nicht unerheblicher Aufwand erforderlich, um zunächst einmal den Deckel zu lösen und dann aus dem Rahmen herauszuheben, sodass sich derartige Schachtabdeckungen nur dort als vorteilhaft erweisen, wo Revisionen nur in sehr großen Abständen vorgenommen werden müssen. Es sich auch schon dreiteilige Schachtabdeckungen bekannt, bei denen der Innendeckel lose auf dem Hauptdeckel aufliegt, der wiederum auf dem Rahmen aufliegt, der in einen rundumlaufenden Betonrand eingelassen ist. Hier sind Ablaufrinnen vorgesehen, die das anfallende Wasser gleichmäßig abführen sollen, wobei nicht immer auszuschließen ist, dass die so ausgebildeten Ablaufrinnen eine gewisse Beeinträchtigung für das Personal und Besucher darstellen, weil bei unglücklichem Betreten ein Abrutschen und Umknicken eintreten kann. Nachteilig ist außerdem, dass auch hier noch Hauptdeckel und Deckelrahmen miteinander verschraubt werden müssen, um die zwischen beiden angeordnete Dichtschnur zusammenzupressen und so eine wirksame Abdichtung zu erreichen. Da vorzugsweise vier derartige Abflussrinnen vorhanden sind, ist vermieden, dass Wasser in der Wasserabflussrinne zurückbleibt und evtl. durch Rückstau in den Domschacht hineinfließen kann. Die Mehrzahl der vorhandenen Abflussrinnen ermöglicht darüber hinaus relativ kleine Volumen, sodass sie für den darüberlaufenden Verkehr auch den Fußverkehr keine Behinderung darstellen.
