Dieses Wechseln der Stomaversorgungsartikel erfolgt nicht nur im häuslichen Bereich, sondern, da Stoma-Patienten sich nicht vom täglichen Leben ausschließen wollen, auch in Toiletten von Gaststätten, Warenhäusern oder auf Autobahn-Raststätten. Die dort vorgefundenen Örtlichkeiten sind oftmals sehr eng und haben keinerlei erleichternde Facilitäten. Insbesondere für männliche Stoma-Patienten, die nicht mit einer Handtasche herumlaufen wollen, stellt sich damit das Problem, die Stoma-Versorgungsartikel in unauffälliger, trotzdem hygienisch einwandfreier Weise transportieren und zugänglich machen zu können, wobei die äußerst engen Räumlichkeiten erschwerend sind.!5 Stoma patients, i.e. people who have an artificial anus (stoma), are dependent on the fact that a tube that can be inserted into the stoma, which on the one hand seals against the inside of the stoma and on the other protrudes from the stoma, and directs the excrement and liquids flowing out of the stoma into the collection bag, the collection bag is changed, the stoma area is cleaned and creamed and the tube is closed for a short time during the change, for which so-called stoma caps are required. Es stellt sich demnach die Aufgabe, eine Bereitschaftstasche für Stoma-Patienten anzugeben, die möglichst unauffällig, auch von männlichen Patienten, am Körper getragen werden kann, die alle notwendigen Utensilien aufnehmen kann und der gegebenen Situation in den oben genannten Räumlichkeiten angepaßt ist.The task is therefore to provide an emergency bag for stoma patients that can be carried on the body as inconspicuously as possible, even by male patients, that can hold all necessary utensils and that is adapted to the given situation in the above-mentioned rooms.
