Die Erfindung betrifft einen Versandumschlag aus einem Zuschnitt aus aufreißbarem Material, das eine sich in einer bevorzugten Richtung erstreckende Verstärkungsstruktur, insbesondere Wellstruktur aufweist, wobei der Zuschnitt eine Vorderseite, Rückseite und Verschlußlaschen umfaßt.The invention relates to a shipping envelope made of a blank made of tearable material which has a reinforcing structure, in particular a corrugated structure, extending in a preferred direction, wherein the blank comprises a front side, a back side and closure flaps.

Versandumschläge der genannten Art sind allgemein bekannt. Die Öffnung dieser Versandumschläge erfolgt meist durch Aufreißen der Verschlußlasche, die mittels eines Klebers an einer Außenfläche der Versandtasche festgeklebt ist. Um ein unbeabsichtigtes Öffnen des Versandumschlags während des Transports zu vermeiden, werden heutzutage äußerst feste Kleber verwendet, die ein Öffnen der Verschlußlasche entsprechend mühsam gestalten. Meist ist ein Öffnen der Verschlußlasche ohne Aufreißen des Versandumschlages mit der Gefahr einer entsprechenden Beschädigung des Inhalts nicht möglich. Es 0 besteht auch die Gefahr, daß man sich beim Aufreißen der Verschlußlasche die Fingernägel bricht. Alternativ wurde daher vorgeschlagen, in den Versandumschlag bzw. dessen Zuschnitt einen Aufreißstreifen zu integrieren. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Perforationsstreifen, d. h. einen Streifen, der durch zwei voneinander beabstandete Perforationslinien begrenzt ist. Derartige Aufreißstreifen reißen beim Öffnen des Versandumschlages sehr häufig ab mit der Folge, daß dann versucht werden muß, ein neues Gri.f.5en.cje. zu.bilden^, meist mitShipping envelopes of the type mentioned are well known. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß innenseitig eine Aufreißhilfe, insbesondere Aufreißband oder Aufreißfaden aufgeklebt ist derart, daß sich die Aufreißhilfe nahe und parallel zu einer Längskante des Versandumschlages und senkrecht zur Ausrichtung der Verstärkungsstruktur erstreckt. Damit ist sichergestellt, daß mittels der Aufreißhilfe der Materialzuschnitt sauber aufgetrennt werden kann, und zwar längs einer Längskante des Versandumschlages. Damit ist das Innere des Versandumschlages längs einer Kante desselben gut zugänglich, und zwar über die gesamte Länge dieser Kante. Der in den Figuren 2 und 3 dargestellte Versandumschlag ist aus einem Zuschnitt bzw. Nutzen gemäß Figur 1 hergestellt. Dieser Zuschnitt besteht aus aufreißbarem Material, insbesondere Karton, das eine sich in einer bevorzugten Richtung erstreckende Verstarkungsstruktur, insbesondere Wellstruktur aufweist. Im letztgenannten Fall besteht der Zuschnitt aus einer Art Wellpappe. Der Zuschnitt umfaßt eine Vorderseite 10, eine aus zwei Teilen 11 und 12 bestehende Rückseite sowie stirnseitige Verschlußlaschen 13 und 16. Innenseitig, d. h. auf die Innenfläche des Zuschnitts ist ein Aufreißband 23 aufgeklebt, das sich nahe und parallel zu einer Längskante des Versandumschlages sowie senkrecht zur bevorzugten Richtung der Verstärkungsstruktur 26 erstreckt. Die beiden Teile 11 und 12, die die Rückseite des Versandumschlages bilden, sind über Längs-FaItlinien 17 und 18 mit der Vorderseite 10 verbunden.The shipping envelope shown in Figures 2 and 3 is made from a blank or panel according to Figure 1. Die beiden Teile 11 und 12, die zur Ausbildung der Rückseite des Versandumschlages dienen, werden ebenfalls übereinandergefaltet und im Überlappungsbereich miteinander verklebt. Zu diesem Zweck ist der eine Teil 12 der Rückseite innenseitig mit einer längsrandseitig angebrachten Selbstklebeschicht 15 0 versehen. Diese wird auf die Außenfläche des anderen Rückseitenteils 11 geklebt unter Herstellung der Umschlag-Rückseite. Anschließend wird die eine Verschlußlasche 16 über die Außenfläche der Rückseite 11, 12 gefaltet und mit dieser verklebt. Zu diesem Zweck ist die Verschlußlasche 16 innenseitig ebenfalls mit einer Selbstklebeschicht 4 0 versehen. Die andere Verschlußlasche 13 samt Schließlappen 27 bleibt zum Zwecke der Befüllung des Versandumschlages zunächst noch offen, so wie in Figur 2 dargestellt. Das greifbare Ende des Aufreißbandes 23 ist zum besseren Greifen mit einer Grifflasche 24 verbunden, die integraler Teil des Umschlagzuschnitts ist. Die Grifflasche 24 ist durch einen zugeordneten Rand des Umschlagzuschnitts einerseits sowie zwei sich nahe und etwa parallel zum Aufreißband 23 erstreckende Einschnitte 25 begrenzt.The back of the shipping envelope is folded and glued to the outer surface thereof, as shown in Figure 3. Die beiden FaItlaschen 30, 31 sind durch einen stumpfwinkligen Trennschnitt 42 voneinander getrennt. Die FaItlaschen 30, 31 sind im Bereich der beiden Längsränder des Zuschnitts 28 mit diesem verklebt und in geringem Abstand vom jeweiligen Längsrand 35, 36 des Zuschnitts 28 aus der Ebene desselben herausfaltbar, wobei dieser Abstand im wesentlichen bestimmt ist.durch die Länge des zu versendenden Gegenstandes. Die Grifflasche 39 ist ähnlich konzipiert wie die Grifflasche 24 bei der Ausführungsform nach den Figuren 1 bis 3. Am Querrand 37 ist die innere Seite des Zuschnitts 28 randseitig mit einer Selbstklebeschxcht 45 versehen, die nach dem Umwickeln des Gegenstandes auf die Außenfläche des Zuschnitts 28 gefaltet und mit dieser verklebt wird. Die Öffnung des so erhaltenen Versandumschlages erfolgt mittels des Aufreißbandes 34, so wie dies in Figur 5 dargestellt ist., Die Aufreißrichtung ist wiederum mit dem Pfeil 41 angedeutet. Claims

1. Shipping envelope made from a blank made of tearable material which has a reinforcing structure extending in a preferred direction, in particular a corrugated structure ( 26 ), wherein the blank comprises a front side ( 10 ), back side ( 11 , 12 ) and closure flaps ( 13 , 16 ) as well as a tear-open aid glued to the inside, in particular a tear-open tape ( 23 ), which extends close to and parallel to a longitudinal edge of the shipping envelope and perpendicular to the preferred direction of the reinforcing structure ( 26 ).

2. Shipping envelope according to claim 1, characterized in that the grippable end of the tear-open aid ( 23 ) is connected to a grip tab ( 24 ) which is an integral part of the envelope blank.

3. Shipping envelope according to claim 2, characterized in that the grip tab ( 24 ) is delimited by an associated edge of the envelope blank on the one hand and two incisions ( 25 ) extending close to and approximately parallel to the tear-open aid ( 23 ) on the other hand.

Shipping envelope according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that it comprises embossed lines ( 21 , 22 ) extending parallel to the fold lines ( 17 , 18 , 19 , 20 ) defining its longitudinal and transverse edges, which allow the envelope to be erected to form a flat, cuboid-shaped shipping box, the tear-open aid ( 23 ) being located in a region between a fold line ( 17 ) and an embossed line ( 21 ) extending parallel thereto.

Shipping envelope according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the tear-open aid ( 23 ) extends in the region of the back ( 11 , 12 ) of the envelope, on the outer surface of which the closure flaps ( 13 , 16 ) are folded and permanently glued after being filled with a shipping object.
