Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackung zur geschützten Aufnahme wenigstens einer CD (Compact Disc) oder anderen optoelektronischen Trägermedien für deren Angebot, Aufbewahrung und/oder Archivierung, mit durch ein Gelenk verbundenem auf- und zuklappbaren Unter- und Oberteil, wobei ein Unterteil ein Aufnahmefeld mit einem Aufnahmepilz zum arretierbaren Aufstecken wenigstens einer CD und ein Oberteil Halterungselemente für ein Beiheft (Folder) und Unterteil und Oberteil ineinandergreifbare Rast- oder Verschlußelemente aufweisen. Es ist weiterhin bekannt, CD's in Papierhüllen, ähnlich einem Briefumschlag, bzw. in Pappschachteln zu verpacken. Weiterhin sind auch Kombinationen von Spritzgußteilen und Pappzuschnitten für Verpackungen von CD's auf dem Markt erhältlich. Dabei werden Papierhüllen häufig für Demo-Versionen von Computerprogrammen verwendet und bspw. einschlägigen Fachzeitschriften beigelegt oder angeklebt. Dabei ergibt sich ein weiterer Nachteil, daß nämlich zur Entnahme der CD's die Papierhülle aufgerissen und somit zerstört werden muß. Ein Wiederverschließen oder Archivieren ist mit einer solchen Papierverpackung nicht möglich.It is also known to pack CDs in paper sleeves, similar to an envelope, or in cardboard boxes. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Verpackung der im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 angegebenen Art wesentlich zu verbessern und diese unter Vermeidung der vorgenannten Nachteile und Schwierigkeiten so auszubilden, daß sie bei möglichst unkomplizierter Ausführung eine oder mehrere CD's oder andere optoelektronische Trägermedien gegen äußere Einflüsse wie Staub und/oder Feuchtigkeit geschützt enthalten können. Ferner soll die Verpackung möglichst dünn, transparent und in optisch ansprechender Form problemlos eine Mehrfachbenutzung in dauerndem Gebrauch erlauben, wobei insbesondere drastisch verringerte Produktionskosten durch Reduzierung der zur Herstellung erforderlichen Arbeitsschritte und des Materials erstrebt werden. Mit großem Vorteil wird durch die erfindungsgemäße einstückige Ausgestaltung der Verpackung aus einem Folienzuschnitt eine drastische Reduzierung von Material- und Herstellungskosten erreicht. Zugleich wird insbesondere die Dicke der Verpackung drastisch reduziert mit dem Ergebnis erheblich günstigerer Bedingungen beim Postversand. Bspw. können ca. 10 mm Dicke einer handelsüblichen Verpackung für eine CD auf ca. 4.0 mm Dicke der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung reduziert werden. Im Ergebnis wird eine deutliche Kostensenkung erreicht, wobei gleichzeitig die vorgenannten Nachteile vermieden und Entsorgungsprobleme überwunden werden. Anstelle von teuren Spritzgußformen werden zur dreidimensional-räumlichen Formausprägung der erfindungsgemäßen Verpackung Tiefzieh-Matrizen aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Leichtmetall verwendet, worin die einstückigen Kunststoff-Zuschnitte bspw. unter Einwirkung von Strahlungswärme und Unterdruck verformbar sind, und zwar mit einer Produktionstechnik ähnlich der Herstellung anderer tiefgezogener Verpackungen für einzeln verpackbare Teile aus Schokolade oder Backwerk.The inventive one-piece design of the packaging from a film cut-out is a great advantage in achieving a drastic reduction in material and manufacturing costs.
