Description
Derzeit werden in der acetabulären Versorgung durch zementierte Polyethylenpfannen diese Pfanen während des Zementierens durch manuelles Pressen mittels eines herkömmlicher Pfannenpresser die Pfanne in das Zementbett gepreßt. Die dadurch entstehenden Mikrobewegungen seitens der Atmung durch den ausführenden Chirurgen, kommt es zu nicht ganz 100%-igem Formschluß und Verbindung zwischen Zement und Pfanne.Currently, in acetabular treatment using cemented polyethylene cups, these cups are pressed into the cement bed by manual pressing using a conventional cup press during cementing.
