Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Schuh, insbesondere einen Arbeitsschutzschuh mit einer schweißaufnehmenden Innensohle. Diese Sohle kann herstellerseitig fest mit dem Schuh verbunden werden oder aber mit dem Schuh zum Zweck der späteren Austauschbarkeit lösbar verbunden sein. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung auch eine Einlegesohle für Schuhe, welche von Haus aus nicht mit einer derartigen Sohle ausgestattet sind.The invention is directed to a shoe, in particular a safety shoe with a sweat-absorbing insole. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß die Sohle einen sogenannten Superabsorber umfaßt, der durch Polymere gebildet ist, die in Pulverform vorliegen und in Verbindung mit Flüssigkeit ein körniges Hydrogel bilden. Ein in der Zeichnung als mögliches Anwendungsbeispiel dargestellter Arbeitsschutzschuh umfaßt ein Oberleder 1, eine Gummi-Laufsohle 2, eine Zwischensohle 3 aus Polyurethan, wobei die Gummi-Sohle 2 einen hochgezogenen, umlaufenden Rand 4 aufweist. Parallel zum Oberleder 1 verläuft eine Innenauskleidung 5 und an der Vorderseite ist in bekannter Weise eine Stahlkappe 6 eingearbeitet.
