Wie in Fig. 1 bis 3 dargestellt, hat ein Spielball bzw. Ball 10 eine einstückige Hülle mit einer oder mehreren Aussparungen 11, die von dem hohlen Inneren des Spielballs 10 isoliert bzw. getrennt sind und jeweils in ihrer inneren Wandung eine ringförmige Nut bzw. Abdeckung 30 ist an dem offenen Ende der Aussparung 11 befestigt. Die Abdeckung 30 besteht aus einem elastischen Material und ist aus einem Kopf 33 mit einer der Hülle des Spielballs ähnlichen Textur bzw. Oberflächenbeschaffenheit, einem röhrenförmigen Körper 32 und einer zwischen dem Körper 32 und dem Kopf 33 vorgesehenen kreisförmigen Auskragung 31 ausgebildet, welche zum sicheren Befestigen 0 bzw. Festlegen der Abdeckung 30 in der Aussparung Il mit der kreisförmigen Nut 12 der Aussparung 11 in Eingriff bringbar ist. 1. Lighting device arrangement of a game ball, with: a game ball (10) with a one-piece shell which is provided with one or more recesses (11) insulated from a hollow interior of the game ball (10), wherein a retaining groove (12) is formed on an inner wall of each of the recesses;

a lighting device (20) corresponding in number to the recesses (11) and engageable with them, with a circuit board (21), a light body (22) attached to the circuit board, an IC control circuit (23) attached to the circuit board for controlling the lighting of the light body, an IC control switch (24) attached to the circuit board for controlling the activation of the IC control circuit, and a battery (25) for supplying power to the lighting device (20); and

a cover (30) made of a transparent or translucent material, corresponding in number to the recesses and engageable with them, the cover comprising a head (33) and a body (32) provided with a retaining projection (31), the projection being able to be firmly engaged with the retaining groove (12) of the recesses (11) in a watertight manner.

2. Lighting device arrangement according to claim 1,

wherein the body (32) of the cover (30) is tubular and is received in the recess (11) to clamp and fix the circuit board (21) of the lighting device (20) therein.

3. Lighting device arrangement according to claim 1, wherein the cover (30) consists of an elastomer; and wherein the head (33) of the cover is similar in its surface finish to an outer surface of the cover of the game ball (10).

4. Lighting device arrangement according to claim 1 ₁ , wherein the cover (30) is provided with an arcuate portion

The lighting device assembly according to claim 1, wherein the lamp (22), the IC control circuit (23) and the IC control switch (24) are attached to an upper side of the circuit board (21) of the lighting device (20), and the battery (25) is attached to a lower side of the circuit board (21) of the lighting device (20).
