The present invention relates to a packaging made of a multilayer composite material in the form of a bag, a box or the like, in particular for packaging fatty goods.

When packaging fatty goods, e.g. fatty foods, there is the problem that the goods in question tend to release fats or fat-soluble components, which can lead to the packaging material becoming heavily soiled or even discolored.

• The present invention is based on the object of creating a packaging of the generic type which is particularly suitable for the long-term packaging of fatty goods.

This object is achieved according to the invention in that the multi-layer composite material has a layer of absorbent paper facing the interior of the packaging and a layer of a water-impermeable plastic film.

Packaging made from such a composite material offers the advantage that the packaged goods are optimally protected from the outside against the ingress of moisture and, from the inside, a maximum level of barrier properties against grease and soiling of the packaging is guaranteed.

The plastic film also ensures that the supply of oxygen or water vapor to the packaged goods is largely avoided, so that the packaged goods can be kept in the condition they were in at the time of manufacture and packaging for a long time.

Further features of the invention are the subject of subclaims.

Examples of embodiments of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings and are described in more detail below.

Figure 1 shows a packaging in the form of a bag 1, whereby this bag 1 is made of a multilayer composite material 2, as shown in Figure 2.

This figure 2 makes it clear that this composite material 2 has a layer 3 made of an absorbent paper and a layer 4 made of a water-impermeable plastic film firmly connected to it.

The layer 3 made of absorbent paper is the inner layer of the composite material 2, i.e. the absorbent paper faces the interior of the bag 1 and is therefore in direct contact with the goods packed in the bag 1.

The absorbent paper of layer 3 is advantageously a filter paper and preferably has a crepe structure.

The layer 4 made of plastic film can consist, for example, of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide or polyester, depending on the desired level of barrier properties against the penetration of oxygen and/or water vapor into the interior of the packaging 1.

The packaging 1a according to Figure 3 has the shape of a box. In order to make such a box stable, the composite material 2a for producing this box is made up of three layers, as can be seen from Figure 4. The composite material 2a in turn has a layer 3 made of absorbent paper facing the interior of the packaging and a layer 4 made of the plastic films already mentioned, as well as an outer layer 5 made of cardboard or a correspondingly stiff paper. Overall, the layers 3, 4 and 5 are firmly connected to one another.

Packaging 1 or 1a made of composite materials 2 or 2a of the type described above are ideally suited for packaging fatty goods, since the fat secreted by these goods is largely absorbed by the absorbent paper of the inner layer 3.

Claims (1)

Protection claims Packaging made from a multilayer composite material in the form of a bag, a box or the like, in particular for packaging fatty goods, characterized in that the multilayer composite material (2, 2a) has a layer (3) of absorbent paper facing the interior of the packaging (1, 1a) and a layer (4) of a water-impermeable plastic film. Packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the multilayer composite material (2a) has an outer layer (5) made of cardboard or paper with corresponding inherent rigidity. Packaging according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the plastic film forming the layer (4) is a film made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamide or polyester. Packaging according to one or more of claims 1-3, characterized in that the absorbent paper of layer 3 is a filter paper.
