Ferner ist eine Vorrichtung zur Körperpflege (DE 33 29 631 Al) bekannt, die aus mindestens zwei nebeneinander vertikal angeordneten Bürsten besteht. Die Bürsten werden über Zuleitungen mit Wasser versorgt und ein Antrieb übernimmt wahlweise über vertikal angeordnete Achsen deren Antrieb. Dabei ist der Antrieb als ein durch Leitungswasser beaufschlagtes Schaufelrad ausgebildet, welches nur eine Drehrichtung ermöglicht. Nachteilig bei dieser Ausfuhrung ist ferner der notwendige Aufwand und die komplizierte Montage. Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß bei vertikaler Anbringung der Dusch- und Massagebürste über an der Wand zu befestigende Halterungen, die jeweils beispielsweise mit einem Getriebe und einer Lagerung versehen sind, in welchem Rundstücke eingreifen, die an ihren äußeren Enden mit einem Vierkant, über welches ein Vierkantrohr geschoben ist, versehen sind. Bei horizontaler Anbringung erfolgt die Fixierung der Bürste über entsprechende Wellen so, daß diese entweder über zwei geschlitzte Vierkantrohre oder bei einer einseitigen Ausfuhrung unter Verwendung eines Zwischenbauteiles als schwenkbare Ausführung in 90 Grad Raster, über nur ein geschlitzes Vierkantrohr mit einem Antrieb, beispielsweise Zahnstangen, verbunden sind. Nach Fig. 1 und Fig. 2 ist eine obere Halterung 1 mit einem angebauten Getriebe 2 und einem Rundstück 3 mit einem Vierkant 4 und einem Vierkantrohr 5 verbunden. Auf der unteren Seite des Vierkantrohres ist gleichfalls ein Vierkant 4 aufgesetzt, welches in ein analoges mit einer Lagerung 6 gekoppeltes Rundstück 3 eingreift. Dabei ist die Lagerung 6 mit der unteren Halterung 1 fest verbunden. Bevor die obere Halterung 1 mit dem Getriebe 2 und dem Rundstück 3 montiert wird, muß die zylindrische Bürste 7 mit ihrem oberen Führungsteil 8 und unteren Führungsteil 9 sowie der Höhenverstellung 10 auf das Vierkantrohr 5 montiert sein. Die zylindrische Bürste 7 ist auf dem oberen Führungsteil 8 und dem unteren Führungsteil 9 durch Schrauben befestigt. Der Abgang 11 des oberen Getriebes 2 dient gleichzeitig zur Aufnahme einer Welle 12, die zu einem Motor 13 mit Überlastschalter führt. Der Motor 13 kann aber auch direkt auf den Abgang 11 gesetzt werden. Zwischen Motor 13 und einem Trafo 14 wird eine handbedienbare Steuerung 15 über eine Kabelführung 16 derart verbunden, daß beim Duschen/Massieren die Schaltung der Drehrichtung und der Geschwindigkeit möglich ist. Da es sich hier um eine Feuchtraumnutzung handelt, ist der Motor 13, die Steuerung 15, die Kabelführung 16 und ggf. der Trafo 14 für Feuchtraumschutz bzw. für Unterwasserschutz auszulegen und auf Niederspannung zu halten. Die zylindrische Bürste 7 besteht aus einem inneren Mantel 17, der beispielsweise aus Edelstahl besteht. Auf diesem Mantel 17 aus Edelstahl sind Klettverschlüsse aufgebracht, die ein Wechseln des jeweiligen Bürstenaufsatzes 18 mit weicheren oder festeren Borsten ermöglicht. Der Bürstenaufsatz 18 kann dadurch jederzeit an der Luft getrocknet werden. Die Halterungen 1, die Kapselung der Getriebes 2, die Bauteile 3,4,5,10 sowie die Kapselung des Lagers 6 bestehen aus Edelstahl oder Erzeugnissen mit gleichen Eigenschaften. Das Führungsteil 8 und 9 der zylindrischen Bürste besteht z.B. aus Kunststoff mit sehr großer Perforierung, so daß die Gesamtanlage nach Gebrauch schnell trocknet. Die Höhenverstellung 10 wird durch eine Handschraube 19 arretiert. Die Höheneinstellung der Bürste kann so von jedem Benutzer individuell vorgenommen werden .
