Description

The invention relates to a display case according to the preamble of claim 1. In particular, the invention relates to a combined display case, which consists of a plurality of connecting parts, struts and glass and can be freely set up to accommodate and display exhibits or goods.

Conventional display cases contain permanent connections, so that such a display case cannot be freely extended. Furthermore, such a display case usually requires a lot of space and therefore leads to an inconvenient transport option,

The invention is therefore based on the object of providing a display case that can be freely enlarged, assembled and disassembled for transport.

This object is achieved by the invention specified in claim 1. Advantageous further developments of the invention are specified in subclaims.

The display case according to the invention has the advantage that it can be enlarged or reduced as required, that it can be assembled and disassembled and therefore requires little space for transport. The display case can also be easily opened using hinged connections. Furthermore, a door holder can be provided on the bottom of the glass, which can be released so that the glass can slide into a recess in a strut, thereby creating a glass door lock.

Referring to Figures 1 - 3, it is shown that the display case is formed from a plurality of connections and struts. The connection C (13) has connecting pins 131 in the X, -X, Y, -Y and -Z directions. The strut ! (22) contains a through hole 222 for attachment to the X, -X, Y, -Y directions of the connection C (13). The strut J (23) has a through hole 232 which can be placed on the pin 131 of the -Z direction of the connection C (13). Furthermore, the connection C (13) has five recesses 132 which fit with corresponding recesses 221, 231 on the strut I (22) and the strut J (23) so that the glass 3 can be firmly inserted. The connection B (12) has connecting pins 121 in the X, Y, -Y and -Z directions and contains three recesses 122. The strut H (21) has receiving recesses 211 and a through hole 212, whereby the connecting pins 121 in Y and the -Y direction of the connection B (12) are inserted into the through hole 212 of the strut A (21). The connecting pins 121 in the X direction and -Z direction of the connection B (12) are inserted into the through hole 222 of the strut I (22). Four recesses 122 of the connection B (12) can be assembled with the recesses 211, 221 of the strut H (21) and the strut i (22) for inserting the glass.

The connection A (11) has connecting pins 111 in the X, Y and Z directions which can be inserted into through holes 212 of the strut H (21). Furthermore, the connection A (11) has three recesses 112 which are designed to fit with receiving recesses 211 of each strut H (21).

The connection D (14) has connecting pins 141 in the X, -X, Y, -Y, Z and -Z directions, which can be inserted into holes 232 of each strut J (23) respectively. The connection D (14) also has eight recesses 142 which mate with receiving recesses 231 of each strut J (23) for inserting the glass.

The bottom of the display case is formed by connections E (15), F (16), G (17) and the struts K (24) and L (25), the connection E (15) having elliptical pins 153 pointing in the -X, Y and -Y directions and a connection pin 151 in the Z direction, the connection E (15) also having three recesses 152. The strut L (25) has an elliptical hole 252 and two receiving recesses 251. The strut K (24) contains an elliptical hole 242 and three receiving recesses 241.

The connecting pin 151 of the connection E (15) can be inserted into the hole 222 of the strut 1 (22), and the elliptical pins 153 in Y and -Y directions of the connection E (15) can be inserted into the elliptical holes 252 of the strut L (25) respectively. The elliptical strut 153 in X direction of the connection E (15) is inserted into the elliptical hole 242 of the strut K (24). Furthermore, the recesses 152 of the connection E (15) can be matched with the recesses 251, 241 of the strut L (25) and the strut K (24) respectively to install a glass 3.

The connection F (16) has an elliptical pin 163 in the X, -X, Y and -Y directions and a connecting pin 161 in the Z direction, whereby the connection F (16) also has four recesses 162. The elliptical pins 163 of the connection F (16) are inserted into the elliptical hole 242 of the strut K (24) respectively, while the connecting pin 161 in the Z direction of the connection F (16) is inserted into a through hole 232 of the strut J (23).

The link G (17) has an elliptical pin 173 formed in the X direction, Y direction and a connecting pin 172 in the Z direction, wherein the link G (17) also includes three recesses 172. The elliptical pins 173 of the link G (17) are inserted into the elliptical holes 252 of the strut L (25), and the connecting pins 171 are inserted into the through hole 212 of the strut H (21).

The strut K (24) and the strut L (25) each have a T-shaped base that prevents the display case from fogging up.

Referring to Figures 4 and 5, it is shown how the glass 3 is inserted between the strut H (21) and the strut L (25). The glass is provided with hinges 31, 31' on the sides. The underside of the glass 3 contains a door holder 32. When the screw of the door holder 32 is loosened, the door holder 32 can slide into the receiving recess 251 of the strut L (25) so that the glass 3 is locked, the door holder 32 being retained on the glass 3 by tightening the screws. The glass 3 can be opened by means of the hinges 31, 31'.

Referring to Fig. 6, the bottom connection 18 is set up with two elliptical pins 151 which are connected to the elliptical holes 252 of the strut L (25) so that the glass 3 is opened, thereby achieving the purpose of insertion and display. Figures 7 and 8 show other embodiments of the invention with several display cases arranged side by side and one above the other. Figure 9 shows other types of connections and struts. Figure 10 illustrates how a display case is formed by connections and struts according to Fig. 9.

Claims (6)

Expectations
1. Display case with a structure corresponding to a paraüeiepiped with a) at least one bottom wall, four side walls and one top wall, b) at least four base struts (24, 25), each base strut having a first receiving recess (241, 251) along the length of the base strut for receiving an edge of the base wall and a second receiving recess (241, 251) along the length of the base strut for receiving a side wall, having a first cross section, c) at least four base corner parts (15 - 183), each of which is detachably connected to the two base struts, so that a base part with essentially a paralepiped structure is formed, d) upstanding struts removably formed upwardly from each of the four base corner members, the upstanding strut having a second cross-sectional shape different from the first cross-sectional shape including at least two third receiving recesses formed along the length and receiving edges of two side walls, e) at least four upper struts each containing at least two fourth receiving recesses extending along the length to receive receiving edges of the side walls and the top, the top struts having a third cross-sectional shape that differs from the first cross-sectional shape, f) at least four corner parts, each of which is designed to be detachable from the upright struts and contains two upper struts, and g) hinge connections for hingedly connecting at least one side wall to adjacent struts, which have hinge pins extending from the side wall and engaging holes formed in the adjacent upright struts, so that the -5- •Φ · The hinge axis extends essentially at right angles to the third receiving recess in the adjacent side parts to which the hinge pins are attached. 2. The display case of claim 1, further comprising a door holder formed on the hinged side wall for holding the hinged side wall in a closed position. 3. The display case of claim 1, wherein the side walls and the top wall each have at least one corner and further include a plurality of corner recesses in each corner portion to accommodate wall corners. 4. A display case according to claim i, further comprising: a) a through hole in each upright and upper strut with a circular cross-section and b) a plurality of connecting pins, each projecting from a corner part and engaging in the through holes. 5. A display case according to claim 4, further comprising: (a) a second through hole in each base strut containing a non-circular cross-sectional shape and b) a plurality of second connecting pins extending from each base corner portion, each pin having a non-circular cross-section for engaging the second through holes. 6. A display case according to claim 1, wherein each base strut has a longitudinal recess along the bottom containing a T-structure in cross-section, the base leg of the T opening to the bottom of the base strut. -6-
