Hierdurch können die Armauflagen in ihren Gebrauchsstellungen an die gewünschte Höhe angepaßt werden. Außerdem können die Armauflagen mittels einer Steckvorrichtung lösbar am Arbeitstisch befestigt sein. Hierdurch ist es zwar möglich, die Armauflagen bei Nichtgebrauch vom Arbeitstisch zu entfernen, jedoch ist dies mit einem erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand verbunden und außerdem muß für die Armauflagen ein besonderer Lagerplatz vorgesehen werden, wobei sie verloren gehen können. Wegen dieser Schwierigkeit besteht die Gefahr, daß die am Arbeitstisch arbeitenden Personen den vorbeschriebenen Aufwand und die vorbeschriebene Problematik scheuen und deshalb die Armauflagen in ihren Gebrauchsstellungen belassen, obwohl die auszuführenden Arbeiten ohne Armauflagen besser durchgeführt werden könnten. Aufgrund dieses Umstandes kann die Qualität der ausgeführten Arbeiten leiden, weil vielleicht mit Armauflagen gearbeitet worden ist, obwohl diese besser entfernt worden wären.A work table of the type mentioned at the beginning is described in DE 33 28 917 C2. Aufgrund der erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile wird die Person es kaum unterlassen, die Armauflage in ihre Nichtgebrauchsstellung zu verstellen, wenn sie in ihrer Gebrauchsstellung stören sollte.
