Die Erfindung betrifft eine zungenlose Hakennadel mit einer Nadelbrust auf dem Nadelschaft und einer längs der Hakennadel geführten Schieberplatine als maschenbildende Elementeneinheit zur Maschen- und/oder Henkelbildung.The invention relates to a tongueless hook needle with a needle breast on the needle shaft and a slide plate guided along the hook needle as a loop-forming element unit for loop and/or loop formation.

Mit der DD-PS 81 420 ist eine Vorrichtung für eine flache Ränderwirkmaschine bekanntgeworden, bei welcher eine zungenlose Schiebernadel, eine Schieberplatine, eine Kulierplatine und eine Spitzennadel zusammenarbeiten und gemeinsam dazu dienen, bei der Bildung einer Wirkware einen Fadenhenkel und eine Masche sicher voneinander zu trennen. Die Schiebernadel weist einen nach unten gebogenen Nadelhaken, eine gegenüber der Höhe des Nadelhakens vorstehende Nadelbrust und eine hinter der Nadelbrust angeordnete Hohlkehle auf. Die Schieberplatine besitzt einen eine leicht geneigte Fläche aufweisenden Schließteil und eine den Schließteil gabelförmig nach oben und nach vorne überragende, am Ende ebenfalls eine Neigung aufweisende Abdeckung. Die Abdeckung der Schieberplatine dient einerseits dazu, eine in die Hohlkehle der Schiebernadel eingelegte Masche in der Hohlkehle zu halten und andererseits einen von der Kulierplatine an die Schiebernadel übergebenen Fadenhenkel in den Nadelhaken der Schiebernadel einzuleiten. Durch die Zusammenarbeit der beiden Schieberplatinen 27, 28 und der Hakennadel 36 wird die alte Masche 30 auf die Nadelbrust 33 gehoben, von der ersten Schieberplatine 28 übernommen und bei gleichzeitigem Abdecken und Zurückhalten des Strickfadens im mittleren Fadenraum 7 über die erste Nadelbrust 32 in den Fadenraum 6 des Hakens 11 abge -schlagen. Dabei entsteht im mittleren Fadenraum 7 aus dem eingelegten Strickfaden eine Masche. Diese Masche wird nun wieder mit den entsprechenden Bewegungen der Hakennadel 36 und der Steuerplatinen 27, 28 auf die erste Steuerplatine 28 gehoben und über den Haken 11 der Hakennadel 36 abgeschlagen, wobei eine Verbundmasche entsteht und die alte Masche 30 als Grundmasche im Fadenraum 6 des Hakens 11 zurückbleibt. Die alte Masche 30 wird in den mittleren Fadenraum 7 verschoben, während im Fadenraum 6 ein neuer Strickfaden eingelegt wird. Claims

1. Tongueless hook needle with a needle breast on the needle shaft and a slider plate guided along the hook needle as a stitch-forming element unit for stitch and/or loop formation, characterized in that the hook needle ( 36 ) has at least two needle breasts ( 32, 33 ) forming several thread spaces ( 6, 7, 8 ) for knitting threads ( 16, 30 ), and that in the same sliding or guide channel one or more slider plates ( 28, 27 ) arranged to the left and/or right of the hook needle ( 36 ) and guided so as to be movable together or individually are provided, the needle shaft having at least the height of the needle breasts and the needle breasts having the same height as the hook tip.
