Nachdem die Augen b, welche zwei Zapfenlöcher haben, durch letztere zwischen dem Bügel auf den beiden Lagerzapfen d beweglich gelagert sind, wird der federnde U-förmige Metallbügel c durch die beiden, an seinen Enden befindlichen Haken in dem Augenloch des Puppenkopfes befestigt, wodurch die ganze Montage des beweglichen Auges beendet ist. Um dem Auge eine selbsttätig bestimmte Stellung zu geben, wird dasselbe an entsprechender Stelle in bekannter Weise beschwert, so daß beim Bewegen des Kopfes das Auge durch diesen Schwerpunkt in seiner Stellung verharrt. Falls die beiden Augen beim Bewegen des Kopfes gleichzeitig stehen bleiben sollen, können dieselben an entsprechender Stelle untereinander verbunden werden. Die Größe, Stärke und die Materialart der neuen Augenbefestigungsvorrichtung richten sich ganz nach den Bedürfnissen.
