Description
1×10² bis 2,5×10⁶ U/l α-Glucosidase,
1 bis 100 mM/l Natriumchlorid oder Kaliumchlorid und
10 bis 250 mM/l Phosphatpuffer, pH 7,0 bis 8,0.
1×10² bis 1,5×10⁶ U/l α-Glucosidase,
10 bis 10⁵ U/l Monophenoloxidase,
0,1 bis 10 mMol/l HSK,
1 bis 100 mMol/l NaCl oder KCl und
10 bis 250 mMol/l Puffer.
= +137,5° (c = 1,15 Chloroform) Fp. = 150° (unscharf)
= +136° (c = 1 Chloroform) Fp. = 150°.
Gesamtausbeute 103 g 97% d. Th.
= +147° (c = 8 in Chloroform)
= +176° (c = 10 in H₂O)
= +131° (c = 1 in Chloroform)
Ausbeute 2,8 g (86% d. Th.)
= +124° (c = 0,6 in H₂O)
50 mM/l Phosphatpuffer, pH 7,4
50 mM/l Natriumchlorid
5 bis 50 U/ml α-Glucosidase
5 bzw. 10 mM/l p-Nitrophenyl-α-maltoheptaosid
Temperatur: 30°C
Wellenlänge: 305 nm
Serumstart nach Erreichen der Meßtemperatur (10 Minuten Vorinkubation)
10 g Pyridin
40 ml Essigsäureanhydrid
wurden zusammengegeben und 3 Stunden bei 95°C im Ölbad gerührt und dann auf ca. 1 l Eiswasser gegossen. Unter Rühren wurde das Produkt fest. Nach Absaugen, Waschen und Trocknen wird aus Ethanol umgefällt.
Fp.: 131-135°C
2,8 g (20 mMol) 4-Nitrophenol
50 ml Benzol
25 ml Chloroform (mit CaCl₂ ethanolfrei gemacht)
wurden mit 1,2 ml SnCl₄ zunächst 15 min lang am Rückfluß erhitzt, dann erneut mit 1,2 ml SnCl₄ versetzt und 15 min lang gekocht.
DC (Kieselgel, Diisopropyläther, Chloroform, Eisessig 6 : 3 : 1) zeigt noch viel (ca. 70%) Ausgangsmaterial
30,0 ml Methanol abs
12,5 ml Dichlormethan abs
wurden mit 100 mg Natrium in 5 ml Methanol versetzt.
DC: Kieselgel 60 F254 auf Glas, Merck Nr. 5729
kürzerkettige 4-Nitrophenylglycoside in Spuren.
Claims (6)
daß es 10² bis 5×10⁶ U/l α-Glucosidase,
1 bis 100 mMol/l NaCl oder KCl,
10 bis 250 mMol/l Puffer, pH 5 bis 9 und
0,1 bis 250 mMol/l Maltoheptaose-Derivat der allgemeinen Formel I, bezogen auf die Konzentration im Test, enthält.
