Abstract

The air conditioning plant is for use on house roofs in tropical/subtropical regions. Day time solar energy heats water and feeds it via a collector into a heat store, which returns it to the collector during night time for use. The collector consists of an inflatable synthetic ribbed ceiling, which simultaneously forms the roof material. The collector may consist of a transparent corrugated foil (1) which is welded to a black absorption foil (2). It has an integrated insulation (3) surrounded by a protective foil (4). The heat store consists of an insulated water tank, and/or is formed as a concrete block with cast-in exchanger tubes.

Description

Beschreibung und Erläuterung zur Patentanmeldung •Wärmeinduktor für Häuser in tropischen und subtropischen Hegionen1.Description and explanation of the patent application • Heat inductor for houses in tropical and subtropical regions 1 .

In tropical, but especially in subtropical regions, the difference between daily Heat radiation and nocturnal cooling very large.

Significant excess temperatures occur during the day, while the temperature drops noticeably at night, so that additional heating is often required.

Most of the heat is introduced through the roof during the day. With overhanging roofs this can be more than 90% of the total heat absorption.

Therefore, it is proposed according to the invention that the solar energy accumulating on the roof be fed through during the day to include a collector to be described in more detail and to supply a heat accumulator

The heat absorbed there can now optionally be returned to the same collector surface at night or used for heating the house or to generate hot water will.

Hose-like collectors are known which consist of a plastic absorption film.

If water is passed through these foils, they bloom, and so does the amount of water absorbed is not controllable in terms of area.

Such an arrangement cannot be used as a roof collector, since very high surface loads in sizes that cannot be precisely determined occur.

In contrast, a plastic collector fin cover is proposed to be provided. The structure as shown in Fig. 1 and 4- is suggested.

The permeable film (1) is welded onto the absorption film (2) in a corrugated sheet-like form.

The insulating layer (3) is arranged under the collector foil, which is in turn covered by a protective foil (4) is surrounded. The protective film is also the adhesive surface for fastening on the roof.

According to the invention, a water basin arranged under the house is proposed as a heat store or a solid-state storage device, for example a concrete block with a cast pipe coil, Fig.

Dabei stellt 1 den Festspeicherblock dar, (vorzugsweise Beton) 2 die Rohrschlange für die Flüssigkeit.1 represents the permanent storage block, (preferably concrete) 2 the pipe coil for the liquid.

Abb. 3 zeigt die Gesamtanordnung des Wärmekollektors.Fig. 3 shows the overall arrangement of the heat collector.

Die Umwälzarbeit wird von einer Pumpe übernommen (4).During the day, the hot water is drawn from the collector (1) is pumped into the heat storage tank (2), where it is cooled down and flows back to the collector. the Circulation work is done by a pump (4).

In this cycle, of course, one or more radiators can easily be used at night be switched on.

If additional hot water is to be generated, a water inlet and outlet pipe can be attached this is possible with the plastic collector fin cover.
