Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine mit in wagerechter Ebene sich drehendem Kreismesser und innerhalb desselben angeordnetem Auflagetische, und sie besteht darin, daß dieser Auflagetisch von einem am Maschinengestell aufklappbar befestigten Rahmen gebildet ist, in dem eine Anzahl die Auflager des Schneidgutes bildende Rollen gelagert sind. Hierdurch werden infolge der Rollenanordnung in dem Auflagetisch die bei diesen Maschinen verhältnismäßig großen Bewegungen des Schneidgutes ganz wesentlich erleichtert, während die Aufklappbarkeit des Auflagetisches eine bequeme Entfernung der zwischen den Rollen durchfallenden, auf dem Messer sich ansammelnden Fett- und Fleischteilchen ermöglicht.The invention relates to a slicer with in horizontal position Level rotating circular knife and support table arranged within it, and it consists in the fact that this support table can be opened by one on the machine frame attached frame is formed in which a number of the supports of the material to be cut forming Rolls are stored.
