Damit bei diesen Temperaturen noch eine Kondensation des Kältemittels eintritt, muß der Kompressor das Kältemittel auf einen entsprechend hohen Druck komprimieren. Daraus folgt aber nicht nur eine hohe mechanische Belastung für den eigentlichen Kompressor, sondern auch für den damit gekapselten Elektromotor. Außerdem geht die abgegebene Wärme an sich ungenutzt in den Aufstellungsraum des Kühl- oder Gefriergerätes über, wobei diese Wärme besonders in Vorratsräumen unerwünscht ist.It is generally known in refrigerators or freezers of this type to cool the condenser and the encapsulated motor compressor by means of the ambient air. Nachdem in einem Haushalt aufgrund von statistischen Untersuchungen der Bedarf an Energie zur Warmwasserbereitung um etwa 50% über dem des Bedarfs für die Kühlung liegt, ist somit im allgemeinen -eine bei etwa 300C bis 400C liegende Temperatur im unteren Teil des Brauchwasserkessels gegeben. Durch diese Verminderung der maximalen Kondensationstemperatur wird auch der Kompressionsdruck und demzufolge die mechanische Belastung des Kompressors und der elektrische Leistungsbedarf des Antriebsmotors entsprechend verringert. Aus diesem Grunde kann der gekapselte Motorkompressor mit einer Wärmeisolierschicht versehen werden, wobei die am Kompressor und am Motor noch entstehende restliche Wärmemenge durch die Sauggaskühlung vom Kältemittel aufgenommen wird.
