Patentiert im Deutschen Reiche vom 19. Februar 1910 ab.Patented in the German Empire on February 19, 1910.
The invention forms a method for the production of walls or walls, which in their center plane are reinforced by horizontal and vertical joint inlays. That The essence of the invention is that the bearing joint iron only between each two through one or more unreinforced stone layers arranged separate stone layers and on these bars the butt joint bars are alternately locked up and down, offset from one another, in such a way that that with their lower ends, the bearing joint iron encompassed hook-shaped and the upper slotted ends bent over on both sides in the bed joints of the two stone layers and be anchored.
bildet. In the drawing, the reinforcement is shown in an exemplary embodiment.
Of the bearing joint iron 1 and butt joint iron 6 to be laid in the central plane of the walls, which are expediently formed from strip iron, the former are laid after a stone layer 2 has been bricked up, in whose butt joints the downward vertical iron 6 with the bricking of the stones from the side introduced or pressed after laying the bearing joint iron ι so that they grip with their hook-shaped part 10 around the bearing joint iron 1 and come to rest with their end 11 slotted to form a double anchor under the adjacent stones in the bed joint. If the bearing joint iron 1 is attached to the side boundaries of the wall, the brickwork of the stones 3 and the laying of the upwardly directed butt joint iron 6 again take place in such a way that the hook-shaped part 10 engages around the bearing joint iron 1 and the slotted end bent on both sides 11 the neighboring stones are partially overlaid. The butt joint irons 6 are, as they consist of iron straps, rotated by 90 °, which, in addition to the well-known advantage of secure embedding, can also determine the strength of the joint. The type of closure of two stone layers by just one bed joint iron with butt joint irons arranged offset to one another, alternately pointing up and down, makes it possible, while avoiding continuous butt joints and without loss of strength, to arrange one or more non-iron-reinforced stone layers between the iron-reinforced layers, as each the latter forms a self-supporting stone lamella.
As a result of the peculiar design of the butt joint iron and the individual insertion of the same with the walling in of every stone every joint remains, i. i. the binder, at rest left, so that an undisturbed setting must take place, and thereby the largest Strength of the assembled stones is guaranteed.
