It is known from the Austrian patent specification 276 991 that abrasives are usually at least about 6o wt .-% of a water-insoluble, inorganic, silicic acid Contains abrasives with a particle size below 0.5 imn. Used as abrasives Silica-containing substances such as quartz, feldspar, pumice stone, volcanic ash, diatomaceous earth, bentonite and talc as well Mixtures thereof are used.
In addition to the abrasive, the well-known contain abrasives complex phosphates, laundry active substances, possibly a water-soluble bromine and a substance that increases the pH value sets alkaline.
Aufgrund ihres hohen Gehaltes an unlöslichen anorganischen Schleif- · mitteln haben sie jedoch den schwerwiegenden Nachteil, daß sie zur Versandung der Abxlußsysteme führen, da die spezifischSuch abrasives have a good oxidizing and bleaching effect in an aqueous medium and are therefore Well suited for removing stains and dirt. Because of However, their high content of insoluble inorganic abrasives has the serious disadvantage that they lead to the silting up of the abortion systems, since the specific

This silting up is also the reason why many industrial companies use such abrasives is prohibited and only abrasives without abrasives may be used. However, these have only limited effectiveness. In addition, these known abrasives have the disadvantage that they generate a lot of dust when they are transferred from larger containers into small cans.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of finding a cleaning agent which has the aforementioned No longer has disadvantages.
B. Polyäthylen, Polypropylen, Polybuten -1It has now been found that a cleaning agent is then excellent Has properties when it is used as an abrasive a foam powder contains. Any sufficiently comminuted polymer foam can be used as an abrasive. Suitable foams can be made from thermoplastic polymers such as polyolefins, e.g. B. polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene -1
" - __,and copolymers or mixtures thereof are formed from acrylic resins such as polymethyl methacrylate, from polystyrene, from vinyl resins such as polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl acetate, from polyesters or polyamides. Abrasives made from crushed thermoset foam powder are particularly suitable, however. Particularly suitable thermoset foams are phenol-resole resins, melamine-formaldehyde resins, urea-formaldehyde resins, polyurethane-IIartschäunie or mixtures of these foams ; can be used. "- __,
For visual reasons, these foam powders can be colored be colored. They are added to cleaning agents of all kinds, such as scouring agents, polishing agents and hand washing pastes.

For the production of the foam powder, the primary comminution should take place of the foam, the grain size can be chosen so that all particles pass a sieve with a 1 mm mesh size can happen. The secondary comminution takes place either when mixing with other recipe components or when using the abrasive, the latter when all other recipe components are already used during the primary comminution were admitted. The final effective grain size during the scrubbing or polishing process is then 90% between 0.03 and 0.05 mm. The particularly preferred thermoset foams can be produced by the customary processes (see Kunststoffhandbuch, Volume X, Duroplaste, Carl Hanser-Verlag, Munich, 1968, pages 431 ff and 466 ff) and crushed, for example, with cutting mills. In the In cases where it is necessary to neutralize acidic foams, the conveying air of the cutting mill can e.g. B. ammonia be admitted.
Die erfindungsgemäß verwendeten Schaumstoffe sollen ein Rauragewicht zwischen 15 und 500 kg/ra . aufweisen, wobei sich ganz besönd-ers solche mit einem Raumgewicht zwischen 15 undThe foams used according to the invention should have a gross weight between 15 and 500 kg / ra. have, being especially those with a density between 15 and

The foam powders are combined with complex phosphates, Detergent active ingredients, and other common additives used,
Chlorinated phosphates are particularly suitable as complex phosphates Trisodium phosphate, tetrasodium pyrophosphate and sodium tripolyphosphate alone or in mixtures with one another.
Soaps or synthetic detergents are used as washing active substances. The latter can be anion-active, cation-active be amphoteric or nonionic compounds.

The anion-active detergents include the aliphatic ones Sulphates with 8-22 carbon atoms and the alkyl aromatic Sulfonates. In the case of the alkyl aromatic sulfonates, the benzene, naphthalene or phenantrene ring has a straight chain or branched hydrocarbon radical. As examples of alky! aromatic sulfonates are the butylated diphenyl sulfonates, Phenylphenyolsulfonate, propylated naphthalenesulfonate and alkylbenzenesulfonate called.
The most important sulfated and sulfonated aliphatic compounds for this purpose are lauryl sulfate, Cetyl sulfate, coconut monoglyceride monosulfate, tallow diglyceride monosulfate, Fatty acid esters of isäthionäure, the Fettäurenäthanolamidsulfate.und the lauric acid amide of taurine.
The cation-active detergents include the quaternary ammonium compounds such as the quaternary cetylammonium salts (Cetyltrimethylammoniumchlorid) and the diethylenaminoäthyloleylanid.
B. Lauryldimethylaminoxid)Nonionic compounds are, for example, the alkylated ones Polyethylene phenols, the polyoxyethylene ethers of long-chain aliphatic alcohols and hydrophobic polypropylene oxides, so.'ie higher alkylamine oxides (e.g. lauryldimethylamine oxide)
Suitable amphoteric detergents are the salts of higher-alkylß-amiiiopropionic acids, the higher alkyl substituted betaines and imidazoline-type compounds.
In addition to the substances described, small amounts of sequestering agents such as nitrilotriacetic acid, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid, diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid, wood pulp, sawdust, magnesite, whipped chalk, sodium carboxyinethyl cellulose and optical brighteners can also be used with the abrasives.

The “advantage of the cleaning agents according to the invention is there in the fact that all components are either water-soluble or float on the water and are therefore very light can be transported by the Y / ater. This prevents that a relocation of the drainage system takes place, as is the case with the remedies on Basils, which are insoluble, heavier inorganic Powder can be observed over and over again. Since the weight of the foam powder used according to the invention is only about one ^. Twentieth of the inorganic materials used so far, it is also a great saving in transport costs achieved. In addition, since the final effective grain size only arises during application, it is during filling from large containers and when transferring to small containers because of the relatively large foam particles Dust formation observed.
The production of the cleaning agent according to the invention can be done in a particularly simple manner if all of the foam blocks are already being crushed other additives are added so that the finished cleaning agent can be drawn off from the mill. at However, this does not apply to hand washing pastes for the liquid components.
Diesel" Block mit einem RaumgewichtIn the examples below, a phenolic resole foam powder used. For its production, a phenol-olesol resin was used according to known methods with the addition of Hydrochloric acid as hardener and petroleum ether as propellant produced a foam block. Diesel "block with a volume weight
Der Schneidemühle v>nr ein Sieb mit einer Maschenweite von 1. mm nachgeschaltet.of 35 kg / m was crushed with a cutter mill after it had been previously cut into strips. It was get a fluffy product that didn't dust and stand up very lightly ground to a fine powder. Downstream of the cutting mill there is a sieve with a mesh size of 1 mm.
