An einem Stiel α sitzt vorn eine kreisbogenförmige Führung b, in der eine Scheibe c mit einem ringförmigen Wulst d drehbar ist. Der Wulst kann im Querschnitt kreisrund, oval oder eckig sein; ihm ist die Rinne der Führung b anzupassen. Die Scheibe c hat ferner zwei entgegengesetzte Einschnitte e sowie am Umfang diametral gegenüberstehend zwei Vertiefungen g. Letztere dienen dazu, die Scheibe c in ihren richtigen Gebrauchsstellungen durch einen an einer Feder f sitzenden Stift h zu halten.
