Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Falten von Kartenmaterial gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for folding card material according to the preamble of the claim 1.

Die Welle 122 wird durch eine Druckfeder 127 gegen die als Kugelschalengelenklager ausgebildeten Lager 129 in den Halterungen 124 und 126 gedruckt Die Halterung 124 ist unterhalb der Lagerplatte 128 durch einen vertikalen Bolzen 130 gehalten, dessen oberes Ende durch eine Druckfeder 131 gegen einen Keil 132 drückt der in einem Gehäuse 134 horizontal verschiebbar angeordnet ist Ein Ende des Keils 132 ist in einem Schieber 135 verankert welcher längs einer starren Schiene 136 mittels einer Einstellschraube 138 verschiebbar ist Die Schiene 136 bildet zusammen mit der Lagerplatte 128 ein Lagergestell mit großer Masse und damit eine vibrationsfreie Lagerung. Zwei zylindrische Transportrollen 140 sind auf beiden Seiten der Welle 102 angeordnet und werden durch den Antrieb über die Zahnradübersetzung 112 synchron mit der Welle 102 gedreht. Ein Antriebsrad 142 ist an einem Ende der Welle 143 einer der Rollen 140 befestigt und dient zur Kopplung mit dem Antriebsmotor 28 über einen Antriebsriemen 144. Die Führungsscheiben 150 sind in seitlicher Richtung so eingestellt, daß die jeweilige Karte 250 zu jedem Zeitpunkt während ihrer Bewegung durch die Falzvorrichtung 14 beeinflußt wird. Die Führungsscheiben 150 sind auch gemeinsam durch den Bolzen 153 höheneinstellbar, um den jeweiligen Andruck zu regulieren. Bei dieser Einstellung wird der wirksame Durchmesser der Gummiringe 152 auf den Scheiben 130 verändert, um eine höhere Dicke der Karten infolge einer Prägung oder durch auf den Karten vorhandene Druckfarbe auszugleichen. Die verschiedenen Elemente der Falzvorrichtung 14 bieten in ihrem Zusammenwirken eine maximale Stabilität gegen Bewegung des Rundmessers 100 und der Gegendruckrolle 118 während ihres Betriebes. Die flexible Kupplung 111 verhindert Vibrationen der Welle 102, die durch Vibrationen der Zahnradiibersetzung 112 verursacht werden können. Die Lager 113 und 129 stehen unter einer elastischen axialen Vorspannung, um das Axialspiel der Wellen 102 und 122 zu beseitigen.
