Durch vorstehende Erfindung soll eine Heizvorrichtung geschaffen sein, bei der das Niederschlagswasser
bzw. Kühlwasser ohne jedes Hilfsmittel zum Befeuchten und auch Kühlen
der Luft nutzbar gemacht werden kann.
