Die bisher gebräuchlichen Rednerpulte leiden an dem Übelstand, daß sie nur mit Schwierigkeit von . einem Platz zum ■ andern geschafft .werden können. Sobald sie durch eine schmale Tür gebracht werden sollen, muß. das Pult vom Podium abgenommen und dann wieder zusammengesetzt werden. Ein weiterer Übelstand ist der, daß die Pulte den Raum, in dem sie stehen, während der Zeit ihrer Nichtbenutzung unnötig beengen. Beiden Übelständen soll das den Erfindungsgegenstand bildende zusammenlegbare Rednerpult abhelfen. Das Pult besteht aus einer Vorderwand 2, welche oben mit einer breiten, nur nach außen vorstehenden Deckleiste 1 versehen ist, und aus zwei Seitenwänden 9, die an festen Seitenleisten 3, die an der Vorderwand 2 befestigt sind, mittels Scharniere klappbar angelenkt sind.
Die festen Seitenstücke 3 und die klappbaren Seitenwände 9 sind oben in gleicher Weise mit Deckleisten 1 eingesäumt. Die somit durchlaufende Deckleiste 1 hat in der Mitte der Vorderseite einen breiten Ausschnitt, welcher für eine umklappbare, an der Vorderwand 2 mittels Scharniere befestigte und zum Zwecke des Schrägstellens an der Anschlußkante abgeschrägte Buchauflage 5 frei bleiben muß, sowie über der Scharnierfuge der angelenkten Seitenwände 9 je eine Trennfuge, welche, falls die Deckleiste etwa auch nach' innen überragen soll, noch nach innen zu recktwinklig ausgeschnitten sein muß. Um ■ Vorderwand und Seitenwände ist eine Spckelleiste 4 vorgesetzt. In einiger Höhe von der Fußbodenkante ist an der Innenseite der Vorderwand 2 eine Bodenleiste 10 befestigt, welche etwas schmäler ist als die Seitenleisten 3, um zu ermöglichen, daß der an der Bodenleiste gelenkig befestigte Boden 6 in zusammengeklappter Stellung des Pultes innerhalb der umgeklappten Seitenteile zu liegen kommt. Am Boden ist ein hinteres Stützbrett 7. umklappbar angeordnet. Damit der hochliegende Boden des Pultes gut gelagert Und gegen Durchbiegung gesichert ist, sind an den beiden Seitenwänden 9 Auflageleisten 8 und mitten unter dem Boden eine Stützleiste 14 angebracht, der über die festen Seitenwände 9 herausragende Teil 11 der Auflageleisten 8 ist mittels Scharniere nach innen umklappbar angelenkt.
