Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen von Porennachahmungen mit mehreren Musterwalzen, bei der gegenüber den bekannten Vorrichtungen nur eine Farbwalze angeordnet ist, die aber gemäß der Erfindung so verschiebbar gelagert ist, daß sämtliche Musterwalzen je nach Bedarf mit ihr in Berührung gebracht werden können.The invention relates to a device for applying pore imitations with several Pattern rollers in which, compared to the known devices, only one ink roller is arranged, but which is according to the invention is mounted so that all pattern rollers are in contact with it as required can be brought.

Wie die Fig. 1 zeigt, besteht das Werkzeug im wesentlichen aus dem Kreuzstück a mit dem Mittelstück c, dem Handgriff b, den Auftragwalzen d, e, _/und g und der Farbwalze m. Das Werkzeug nach Fig. 4 besteht aus dem Handgriff a, dem zweiarmigen Träger n, den Auftragwalzen h, i und der Farbwalze m. Die Auftragwalzen haben einen Kern aus Holz, um den sich eine elastische, das Muster tragende Schicht, etwa aus Gummi, legt. Die schmalen, das Muster bildenden Erhöhungen sind gegenseitig versetzt, damit die Poren fortlaufend auf die Holzfläche aufgetragen werden. Zur Benutzung des Werkzeuges tränkt man den Belag des Holzkernes der Walze m mit Farbe. Um etwa die Auftragwalzen d, β zu benutzen, wird die Mutter 0 gelockert und die Farbwalze nach oben gegen die Walzen gedrückt. Die Möglichkeit hierzu gibt der Schlitz k bzw. / in dem Mittelstück c, durch den die Welle der Farbwalze geht und mit der Hilfe der Mutter in jeder Lage gehalten werden kann. Berührt die Farbwalze die streifenförmigen Erhöhungen der Auftragwalzen d, e, so zieht man die Mutter an und befestigt dadurch die Farbwalze. Nach ein paar Drehungen ist die Farbe derart übertragen, daß man mit dem Auftragen der Poren auf eine Holzfläche beginnen kann. Benötigt man aber die Walze/, so schiebt man die Farbwalze nach unten, dreht den 4-5 Griff b von dem Haltekreuz ab und befestigt ihn in entgegengesetzter Richtung, wie in Fig. ι punktiert angegeben ist. Ist man aber, wie z. B. bei einer Tür, an einer Vertiefung angelangt, so nimmt man die Walze g vor, deren streifenförmige Erhöhungen parallel mit der Welle laufen, und fährt mit ihr die Vertiefung ab. Sollte man mit dem in der Fig. 1 dargestellten Werkzeuge nicht die ganze Holzfläche bearbeiten können,.. so bietet der Aufträger nach Fig. 4 einen Ersatz. Auch hier kann man mit Hilfe des Schlitzes b die Farbwalze m beliebig einstellen. In beiden Ausführungen werden die Walzen auswechselbar angeordnet. Durch die Farbwalze und durch die beiderseitige Befestigung des Handgriffes ist es möglich, mit zwei Auftragwalzen gleichzeitig oder niit einer Walze allein zu arbeiten. Ferner hat das Werkzeug noch den Vorteil, daß die Musterwalzen stets an demselben befestigt sind. .Fig. 5 shows the plan for this.
