Die Erfindung betrifft einen Waschstab, mittels dessen die aus einer Schleudertrommel herausgenommenen Einsatzteller beider Reinigung in ihren Lagen gehalten und wieder eingesetzt werden können, ohne daß ihre gegenseitige Lage gestört wird. Waschltäbe dieser Art, die aus einem mit Rippen versehenen Rohre bestehen, sind bereits bekannt. Die Rippen entsprechen den Rippen des Mittelrohres und treten ebenso in die Tellerausschnitte ein. Es sind auch Waschstäbe mit nur einer Rippe bekannt. Demgegenüber soll nun die Erfindung einen Waschstab schaffen, der einfacher und vor allem leichter herstellbar ist. Es ist zwar vorgeschlagen worden, Waschstäbe einfach aus Draht zu biegen, derartige Waschstäbe sind aber nicht haltbar, weil die nachgiebigen Metalldrähte ihre Form bald verlieren,. wodurch sowohl das Aufreihen als auch die gegenseitige Führung der Teller auf dem Waschstabe unmöglich gemacht wird. Gemäß der Erfindung besteht der Waschstab aus zwei fest miteinander verbundenen Blechstreifen ο. dgl., die eine solche Lage zueinander einnehmen, daß der eine Streifen, im Querschnitt gesehen, sich durch die mittleren Öffnungen der Teller erstreckt, während der andere, gleichfalls im Querschnitt gesehen, mit dem ersten einen Winkel bildet und als Stütze und Führung gegen die inneren Ränder der Telleröffnungen anliegt. Der letzterwähnte Streifen ist dabei an der einen Längskante des durch die mittlere Telleröffnung sich erstreckenden Streifens befestigt oder besteht mit letzterem aus einem Stück. Die andere Kante des sich durch die Telleröffnung erstreckenden Streifens greift in bekannter Weise in einen dem Flansch des Mittelrohres der Schleuder entsprechenden Randeinschnitt der Teller ein und bildet dadurch eine Führung für die Teller.
