Die Haarnadel besteht, wie aus der Zeichnung zu ersehen ist, aus der üblichen U-förmigen Nadel a, deren einer Schenkel in seinem oberen Teil eine öse b aufweist. Ebenso ist eine zweite öse δ¹ an der Biegung c der Nadel angebracht. Der schraubenförmige Teil d ist in diesen beiden ösen b und b¹ verschiebbar gelagert und ist an seinem unteren Ende mit einer Verdickung und an seinem oberen Ende mit einem Griff e versehen. Die Verdickung verhindert, daß der Teil d durch die öse b gezogen werden kann.
