Die den Gegenstand der Erfindung bildende Vorrichtung" zum Abfüllen von Flaschen und selbsttätigen Umlegen ihrer Verschlußdeckel bildet eine weitere Ausbildung der durch Patent 207296 geschützten Vorrichtung. Nach dem Hauptpatent ist an der Abfüllvorrichtung eine Einrichtung geschaffen, welche be-. zweckt, nach erfolgtem Abfüllen der Flaschen die Verschluß deckel der letzteren möglichst schnell umzulegen und mit entsprechender Kraft auf die Flaschenöffnung zu pressen. Um dies zu erreichen, bewegt sich beim Hauptpatent der Flaschenhalter mit der Flasche, sobald die letztere nach erfolgtem Füllen gesenkt wird, unter dem Druck einer Feder seitwärts und bringt den an der Öffnung angebrachten Verschlußdeckel mit einem seitlichen Daumen in Berührung, welcher den Verschlußdeckel auf die Flaschenöffnung umlegt und anpreßt. Außerdem bewegt sich dieser seitliche Daumen einerseits gleichzeitig mit der Flasche abwärts und wird andererseits nach dem Festhalten der letzteren noch weiter für sich abwärts bewegt, wodurch er den Deckel mit starkem Druck auf die Flaschenöffnung niederpreßt.The device forming the subject of the invention "for filling bottles and automatic flipping of their cap forms a further training of the patent 207296 protected device. Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt nun, die Vorrichtung gemäß dem Hauptpatent nach der Richtung hin weiter auszubilden, daß das ganze Getriebe wesentlich einfacher und dabei doch in seiner Wirkung vollkommener wird. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß nicht mehr die Flasche seitlich gegen den Daumen, sondern umgekehrt der Daumen nach Abwärtsbewegung der Flasche seitlich gegen die letztere bewegt wird und hierbei den Verschlußdeckel umlegt. Die Flasche und der Flaschenhalter bleiben somit seitlich unverschiebbar, wodurch das ganze Getriebe wesentlich stabiler, das Anpressen der Flasche gegen den Abfüllhahn genauer und die Betriebsweise einfacher wird. Der Daumen selbst ist zweckmäßig an einem seitlich unverschiebbaren Daumenhalter, der aber die erforderlichen Vertikalbewegungen der Flasche mit ausführt, gelagert und wird unter der Wirkung eines geeigneten federnden Getriebes seitlich gegen den Verschlußdeckel bewegt.The present invention now aims to develop the device according to the main patent in the direction that the entire transmission is much simpler and yet more perfect in its effect.
