Die Hülse und die Endkappe sind miteinander verbunden, so dass keine Relativbewegung zwischen der Hülse und der Endkappe möglich ist. Durch die Endkappe ist somit Schutz der Schreibmine oder Patrone gegen Verschmutzung gegeben. 1. Writing instrument, comprising a sleeve ( 12 ), a tip ( 11 ) and an end cap ( 13 ) through which a writing lead ( 2 ) and/or a cartridge can be received, a grip element which can be connected to the tip ( 11 ) and/or the sleeve ( 12 ), and a clasp ( 17 ), characterized in that
the clasp ( 17 ) can be connected to the end cap ( 13 ),
the end cap ( 13 ) can be connected to the sleeve ( 12 ),
a decorative ring ( 16 ) can be connected to the end cap ( 13 ) and/or the sleeve ( 12 ) and
at least a part of the handle element and the decorative ring ( 16 ) have the same material and/or the same surface treatment and/or coating.

2. Writing instrument according to claim 1, characterized in that the tip ( 11 ), the sleeve ( 12 ) and the end cap ( 13 ) consist of a material selected from a group comprising stainless steel, precious metal and/or metal with surface treatment and/or coating.

Writing instrument with pen holder ( 2 ) according to one of claims 13 to 16, characterized in that at least a part of the grip element, the decorative ring ( 16 ) and the plate ( 21 ) consists of a material selected from a group comprising precious metal, wood, natural stone, metal with surface treatment and/or coating and/or plastic.

18. Writing instrument with pen holder ( 2 ) according to one of claims 13 to 17, characterized in that the plate ( 21 ) is rectangular.
