Zieraccessoire für textile und nicht-textile Materialien, welches basierend auf Magnetfeldwirkungen an ein variables Gegenstück haftet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Rückseite (1) des Zieraccessoires (11) ein oder mehrere Flachgreifer (3) in einer Ebene in beliebiger Distanz und Lage angebracht sind, und dass dem so erzeugten, mit Flachgreifern (3) versehenen, magnetischen Zieraccessoire (6) ein Gegenstück (8) zugeordnet ist, welches ein oder mehrere Flachgreifer (3) oder Magnete (5) aufweist, die positionsgleich zu den Flachgreifern (3) auf der Rückseite (1) des Zieraccessoires (11) ausgerichtet sind.

Die Erfindung betrifft Zieraccessoires gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to decorative accessories according to the preamble of claim 1.

Zieraccessoires für textile und nicht-textile Materialien basieren üblicherweise entweder auf einem permanenten Haftprinzip durch bspw. Permanente Haftprinzipien wie Aufnähen oder -bügeln bedingen jedoch eine nahezu irreversible Applikation des Zieraccessoires an einer bestimmten Stelle des Trägergegenstands, wodurch dieser nicht mehr vielseitig eingesetzt werden kann. Dieses Problem löst auch ein Klett-Verschluss nicht, denn dadurch können Zieraccessoires zwar einfach und schnell wieder von dem Trägergegenstand entfernt werden, jedoch gelingt das nur, wenn auf dem jeweiligen Trägergegenstand ein Klett-Gegenstück angebracht wird ( VERFLIXT & ZUGENÄHT, Aufnäher mit Klett, Bügelfäche oder zum Aufnähen, verfügbar unter https://www.naehen-schneidern.de/aufnaeher ). Zudem nutzen sich Klettverschlüsse mit der Zeit ab, was zu einer Reduktion der Haftkraft führt. Derzeit bekannte, variable Haftmechanismen bieten hierfür zwar eine Lösung mittels spitzer Nadeln, welche das Trägermaterial durchstoßen und anschließend durch eine Klick- oder Schließvorrichtung verriegelt werden können. Allerdings bestehen hier die Problematiken, dass nach dem Abmachen unschöne Löcher im Trägergegenstand hinterbleiben, die Nadeln nicht jedes Trägermaterial wie bspw. Leder durchdringen und dass das Zieraccessoire, z.B. ein Pin oder eine Brosche, unschön wackeln oder sich verdrehen kann. Es gibt bereits variable Haftlösungen, welche die aufgeführten Nachteile des Anstecknadelprinzips adressieren, indem an der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires sowie auf einem Gegenstück Magnete befestigt werden ( US 9,936,752 B2 ; US 2023/0263254 A1 ). Allerdings verwendet US 2023/0263254 A1 als Gegenstück den Trägergegenstand, an welchem Magnete positionsgleich zu den Magneten auf der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires fest angebracht sind. Dadurch entstehen dieselben Nachteile wie bei dem Klettverschlussprinzip. Diese Problematik umgeht US 9,936,752 B2 durch ein variables Gegenstück zum magnetischen Zieraccessoire, welches auf der Innenseite des Trägergegenstands positioniert und welches Magnete in identischer Lage und Formation zu den Magneten auf der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires aufweist. Zudem erhöht das Anbringen von ausreichend starken Magneten an sowohl dem Zieraccessoire als auch an dessen Gegenstück das Gewicht der Gesamtkonstruktion erheblich, wodurch es an dünnen Materialien wie z.B. An die Rückseite eines Zieraccessoires für textile und nicht-textile Materialien werden ein oder mehrere Flachgreifer in einer Ebene in beliebiger Distanz und Lage zueinander angebracht. Dabei handelt es sich um dünne Scheibenmagnete, welche in einen Stahltopf eingelassen sind und so an die Rückseite des Zieraccessoires angebracht werden, dass die Stahlseite an der Rückseite anliegt und die offene Seite von der Rückseite abgewandt ist. Die Stahlummantelung schirmt das Magnetfeld nach außen hin hinreichend ab, sodass ferromagnetische Objekte kaum oder gar nicht an dem Zieraccessoire haften bleiben. Gleichzeitig ermöglicht der Stahltopf, Scheibenmagnete mit einer geringen Dicke und daher Gewicht zu verwenden, da durch den somit entstehenden, magnetischen Kurzschluss die Haftkraft der Magnete verstärkt wird. Diesem mit Flachgreifern versehenen Zieraccessoire ist ein Gegenstück zugeordnet, welches ein oder mehrere Magnete aufweist, die positionsgleich zu dem einen oder mehreren Flachgreifern auf der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires ausgerichtet sind. Unter einem Zieraccessoire wird dabei all jenes modisches Zubehör verstanden, welches an einem Trägergegenstand durch einen Haftmechanismus angebracht wird. Daher sind Zubehör-Objekte wie z.B. Patches, Schmucksteine und Quasten, welche mittels nähen oder kleben befestigt werden, verschiedene Ausgestaltungen eines Zieraccessoires. Zubehör-Objekte, welche durch einen Mechanismus anders als Anhaften, beispielsweise durch einen Schließverschluss im Fall von Gürteln am Trägergegenstand (z.B. Jeans) angebracht werden, gelten nicht als Zieraccessoire im Sinne der hierin aufgestellten Definition. Der Trägergegenstand besteht entweder aus textilem oder nicht-textilem Material. Textile Materialien zeichnen sich durch miteinander verflochtene Natur- und/oder Chemiefasern, z.B. mittels Weben oder Stricken, aus. Es handelt sich also um textile Körpergebilde wie bspw. Kleidung, Mützen, Kissen und Schals. Unter nicht-textilen Materialien werden Rohstoffe wie Leder, Fell, Metalle und Federn verstanden, die nicht durch verspinnbare Fasern erzeugt werden. Beispielhafte Trägergegenstände aus nicht-textilen Materialien sind Echt- oder Kunstlederhandtaschen sowie Echt- oder Kunstfelljacken.A decorative accessory is understood to mean all those fashionable accessories that are attached to a carrier object by means of an adhesive mechanism. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn sowohl die Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer des Gegenstücks des Zieraccessoires als auch die Flachgreifer für die Rückseite des Zieraccessoires in einem Halterungselement angebracht sind. Dieses Halterungselement kann sich aus jedem geeigneten Material oder einer Materialkombination zusammensetzen. Jedes geeignete Material meint dabei all jenes Material, welches strapazierfähig genug ist, um die Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer langfristig positionsfest und ausreißsicher zu umschließen. Es ist zweckmäßig, hierfür eine Materialkombination aus Weichkunststoff und Stoff zu verwenden: Zunächst werden die Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer auf einen Weichkunststoff wie PVC-Folie geklebt, um fest daran anzuhaften. Anschließend wird ein zweites Weichkunststoffteil hinzugezogen, welches die an das erste Weichkunststoffteil anhaftenden Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer durch Schweißen, z.B. mithilfe eines PVC-Klebers, fest einschließt. Dieses so erzeugte Halterungselement wird sodann für die Zieraccessoire-Rückseite einseitig mit einer Stoffhülle versehen und anschließend mit der Stoffhüllenseite abgewandt von der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires an dieses genäht. Das Halterungselement für das Gegenstück des Zieraccessoires wird beidseitig mit einer Stoffhülle ummantelt. Dabei bestehen beide Stoffhüllenseiten entweder aus demselben reißsicheren, aber gleichzeitig dehnbaren Stoff (z.B. Baumwoll-Köper) oder aber einer der beiden Stoffhüllen ist aus einem dickeren, starren Material wie bspw. dem bei Patches häufig als Untergrund verwendeten Stickfilz. Letztere Variante beugt einem Anziehen von zu nah beieinander positionierten Magneten bzw. Flachgreifern vor. Durch die Materialkombination aus Weichkunststoff und Stoff wird ein Wasser- und Rostschutz durch den Weichkunststoff sowie ein Sicht- und Trageschutz (z.B., Schutz vor Hautirritationen oder erhöhtem Schwitzen bei direktem Hautkontakt mit Weichkunststoff) der Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer durch den Stoff erzielt. Zudem gelingt durch die Kombination aus drei verschiedenen Befestigungsmethoden (1. Kleben, 2. Schweißen, 3. Nähen) eine möglichst langlebige und abfallsichere Nutzung der Magnete bzw. Im selben Stil kann das Halterungselement für das Gegenstück des Zieraccessoires dieselbe Form wie das Halterungselement an der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires und/oder das Zieraccessoire haben, muss es jedoch nicht. Beispielsweise bietet es sich bei einigen Buchstaben-Paches an, dass das Halterungselement für das Gegenstück des Zieraccessoires in der Form eines Streifens ausgearbeitet wird, bei dem zwei Magnete bzw. Flachgreifer in einer Linie zueinander angeordnet sind. Diesem Prinzip folgend ist es vorteilhaft, für die Flachgreifer auf der Rückseite des Zieraccessoires starke N45 - N52 Neodym-Scheibenmagnete mit einem Durchmesser von 8mm und einer Dicke von 1mm bis 1,5mm zu nutzen, welche in einen Stahltopf mit einem Durchmesser von 10mm und einer Dicke von 2mm eingelassen sind. Claims
