Befestigungsanordnung für eine Sanitäreinrichtung, umfassend einen Korpus (1) mit einer Außengewindehülse und eine Außenmutter zum Befestigen der Sanitäreinrichtung an dieser Hülse, wobei innerhalb des Korpus (1) zwei in den Sitzen angeordnete, drehbare Zahnräder (7,8) zusammenwirken, die ein Winkelgetriebe bilden, wobei die Drehachse des angetriebenen Zahnrads (7) des Winkelgetriebes sich mit einer Symmetrieachse der die Sanitäreinrichtung halternden Gewindestange deckt, mit der das angetriebene Zahnrad (7) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Drehachse des treibenden Zahnrads (8) senkrecht zur Drehachse des angetriebenen Zahnrads (7) verläuft, wobei der Korpus (1) der Befestigungsanordnung durch einen Deckel verschlossen ist und eine Wand umfasst, unter der sich das treibende Zahnrad (8) befindet, umfassend eine axiale Öffnung für einen Antriebsschlüssel (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das axiale Loch (11) des angetriebenen Zahnrads (7) ein Innengewinde umfasst, welches mit dem Außengewinde der die Sanitäreinrichtung (6) sichernden Gewindestange zusammenwirkt.
