The subject of the application as a “toothbrush with patterned bristles” consists of a conventional handle 1 with a usual elevation and thickening 2 on the upper side in the middle area rising up to the “thumb pressure section” of the

t<9Handle, where a three-dimensional motif 6 is shaped in such a way that the user's thumb pressed onto the handle finds a secure, adapted hold.
This motif gives the toothbrush an individual touch with recognition value for the user with the design of the motif of their choice on the top of the handle or the toothbrush shaft.

15The motif is intended to characterise the design of the toothbrush of the subject matter of the application and to convey a positive and friendly feeling before and after brushing the teeth, particularly for children but also for everyone, depending on their taste.
For this purpose, the motif on the handle is repeated in the view of the

20surface of the bristle ends and can also appear three-dimensionally 14 or as a depression 5 on the underside of the bristle head.

The devices for designing the motifs with additional beneficial properties for brushing teeth are,
punched bodies 20, 22, 24, 26, 28 for anchoring the bristle bundles 21^

2^23, 25, 27, 29, 15, 16,17, 8 in the bristle base of the toothbrush head.

These punched bodies allow for many different variations of patterns and motifs through the design possibilities of the bundle shapes
due to differences in the height of the bristle bundles
due to different diameters and inclinations of the bristle bundles

Alternatively, the bristle bundles can also be punched with rings 30, 31 running around the root, which then rest on the edge of the bristle base openings.

The bristle base with motif bristles can consist of a bristle part firmly connected to the base with a circular extension 4 of the bristle base 3, which, when viewed from above onto the bristle ends 7, 8, surrounds or encloses the entire motif like a frame to represent the outer contours of the motif and limits the area between the outer bristles and the outer wall of the bristle base

However, it can also be designed as a "bristle base with patterned bristles" in such a way that a replaceable bristle base 10, 12 can be inserted into the bristle base 9 connected to the handle and exchanged.

In this case, the previous bristle base is removed and an insertable bristle base 10,12 is inserted into a suitable opening 11 of the brush base of the toothbrush as a new toothbrush head by fastening in a circumferential recess 13 of the bristle base part 13, 11, into which a suitable circumferential extension 12 at the lower edge of the insertable bristle base snaps when pressed in with the inner side walls of the opening of the brush base 11 with an outward inclination.

Claims (4)

1. Toothbrush, characterized by punched-in bodies ( 20 , 22 , 24 , 26 , 28 ) for anchoring the bristle bundles ( 21 , 23 , 25 , 27 , 29 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 8 ) in the bristle base of the toothbrush head ( 3 , 4 , 5 ), which, due to their shape, enable any position, inclination, height, length and thickness of the bristles and bristle bundles ( 7 , 8 ) depending on the user's needs and also for designing motifs in a colored flat or three-dimensionally visible manner as an overall motif and pattern in the surface view of the bristle ends. 2. Toothbrush according to claim 1, characterized by an insertable bristle base ( 10 , 12 ) in a suitable opening of the bristle base (9, 11), the toothbrush as a new toothbrush head by fastening in a circumferential recess ( 13 ), into which a suitable circumferential extension ( 12 ) on the lower edge of the insertable bristle base snaps when pressed in with the inner side walls of the opening of the bristle base with an outward inclination. 3. Toothbrush according to claim 1 and 2, characterized by a three-dimensional motif ( 6 ) on the handle ( 1 ) with an elevation and thickening ( 2 ) on the upper side in the middle area rising up to the "thumb pressure section" of the handle with the motif or pattern of the associated view of the bristle surface as well as repetition of the same motif on or in the respective associated bristle base underside. 4. Toothbrush according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the bristle bundles can also be punched with rings ( 30 , 31 ) running around the bristle bundle root, which then rest on the edge of the bristle base openings.
