Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzabdeckung, insbesondere für Räder von Kinderwägen nach dem Oberbegriff des ersten Schutzanspruchs. Die Schutzabdeckung wird vorzugsweise zur Verhinderung von Verschmutzungen im Pkw Innenraum eingesetzt. Zum Verhindern von Verschmutzungen ist aus DE 197 20 7 69 Al eine Reinigungsvorrichtung bekannt, die auch zur Reinigung von Kinderwagenrädern eingesetzt werden kann, welche aber nicht mobil einsetzbar ist, sondern einer Festinstallation, z.B. im Bodenbereich einer Eingangshalle, bedarf.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es eine Schutzabdeckung, insbesondere für die Räder von Kinderwägen zu entwickeln, welche preiswert und einfach herstellbar ist, und die Verschmutzung von Innenräumen durch die Räder von Kinderwägen verhindert.The invention relates to a protective cover, in particular for baby buggy wheels according to the preamble of the first claim. Diese Schutzabdeckung, insbesondere für die Räder von Kinderwägen weist in einer Raumrichtung eine Öffnung auf welche in radialer Richtung aufweitbar ist. Am Innendurchmesser der Schutzabdeckung ist flexibles Material eingearbeitet, wodurch ein elastischer Bund B (Fig.l) gebildet wird. Hierdurch ist es möglich die Abdeckung aufzuweiten und über das Rad zu stülpen. Hierbei ist je nach Form der Schutzabdeckung jeder einzelne Reifen eines Rades (Fig.l), zwei Reifen von zwei Rädern (Fig.2) oder alle vier Reifen der vier Räder (Fig.3) vollständig von der Schutzabdeckung umhüllt.This protective cover, especially for the wheels of strollers, has an opening in one spatial direction which can be expanded in a radial direction. Die Schutzabdeckung besteht aus folienartigem oder textilartigem Gewebe, welches reißfest, wasser- und schmutzundurchlässig ist. Um das Entfernen des zurückgehalten Schmutzes zu erleichtern kann die Abdeckung aus abwaschbarem Material ausgeführt werden. Durch die flexible Ausführung der Schutzabdeckung kann die Abdeckung gefaltet werden und in einer hierfür gefertigten Tasche, welche in Farbe und Form an das Kinderwagendesign angepasst sein kann, untergebracht werden, wodurch eine platzsparend und jederzeit verfügbare Unterbringung gewährleistet ist.The protective cover itself is a flexible, one-piece, round or elongated structure, which can be adapted in color and shape to the design of the respective stroller. In einer zweiten Variante wird die Schutzabdeckung (Fig.7), insbesondere für die Räder von Kinderwägen, bestehend aus einem Fixierelement FE, einer Feder Fd, einem Druckelement DE, einem Rückzugselement RE und zwei in Radrichtung gekrümmten, übereinander liegenden Bauteilen , wobei ein Bauteil feststehenden (Af) und das andere beweglich (Ab) gelagert ist und das bewegliche Bauteil über das feststehende Bauteil geführt wird, am Kinderwagen fest installiert. Diese Abdeckung wird oberhalb des Rades am Rahmen oder am Gestell des Kinderwagens fixiert, wodurch das Rad des Kinderwagens bei in Ausgangslage befindlicher Schutzabdeckung fahrbar ist. Das Schließen der Schutzabdeckung kann einzeln oder paarweise erfolgen, wobei das Schließen vorzugsweise paarweise und nach Achsen unterteilt erfolgt. Während des Schließvorgangs erfolgt je nach Ausführung der Schutzabdeckung ein Entspannen oder ein Spannen der Feder welche die Verbindung zwischen feststehendem und beweglichem Teil der Schutzabdeckung herstellt. Wird die Feder durch den Schließvorgang gespannt, geht der bewegliche Teil der Schutzabdeckung mit dem am Kinderwagen fixiertem Teil eine mechanisch lösbare Verbindung ein, wodurch die Schutzabdeckung in ihre Lage fixiert wird. Wird diese mechanische Verbindung gelöst, kehrt die Schutzabdeckung automatisch in ihrer Ausgangslage zurück.

Hierdurch ist es möglich die Schutzabdeckung über das Rad zu stülpen (Fig. 6a). Sollen alle vier Räder mittels einer Schutzabdeckung A abgedeckt werden (Fig.3), so wird die Abdeckung mittels einer senkrecht zur Radebene wirkenden Kraft F über den elastischen Bund B so verformt, dass der Abstand dA größer dem Abstand zwischen zwei Naben da ist, wodurch die Abdeckung über alle vier Räder gestülpt werden kann.In order to protect the interior from dirt from the stroller's wheels, the protective cover A should be put over the wheel R (Fig.4). Wobei im Folgendem nur das Schließen der Schutzabdeckung mittels einer als Druckfeder ausgebildeten Feder Fd beschreiben wird. Die Schutzabdeckung besteht aus einem Fixierelement FE, einer fixierten Abdeckung (Af), einer beweglichen Abdeckung (Ab), einem Rückzugselement RE, einer Druckfeder Fd und einem Druckelement DE. In Ausgangslage befindet sich die bewegliche Abdeckung Ab vollständig unterhalb der fixierten Abdeckung Af (Fig.8), welche über ein Fixierelement FE mit dem Rahmen des Kinderwagens verbunden ist. Die bewegliche Abdeckung ist über die Druckfeder Fd mit der fixierten Abdeckung Af verbunden, wobei die Druckfeder Fd in Ausgangslage (Fig.8) die zum Schließen notwendige Energie aufweist. Der Schließvorgang wird durch die Betätigung des Druckelementes DE ausgelöst. Hierdurch wird eine mechanische Verriegelung, welche die bewegliche Abdeckung Ab in ihrer Lage fixiert entfernt, wodurch sich . die Druckfeder Fd entspannt und die bewegliche Abdeckung Ab beschleunigt wird (Fig.9). Sobald die Druckfeder völlig entspannt ist, ist das Rad des Kinderwagens vollständig durch die fixierte und die bewegliche Abdeckung umschlossen (Fig.10).The wheels or the wheel are then completely covered by the protective cover A (Fig.6b), which prevents the interior from becoming dirty.
