Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klemmspaltmutter (1) mit einer zwangsfreien Klemm- und Löse-Verschraubung (2,3,4,5,6,7,11,12,13).The invention relates to a clamping gap nut (1) with a non-constrained clamping and loosening screw connection (2,3,4,5,6,7,11,12,13).
Klemmspaltmuttern sind in der Technik hinlänglich bekannt.Sie sollen die Mutter über Klemmung auf dem Gewinde sichern.Dazu werden Muttern geschlitzt und die beiden Spaltenden mittels Spannschrauben miteinander verbunden..Clamping gap nuts are well known in technology. Der Erfindung liegt nun das Problem zugrunde,daß bei sehr großen Muttern auch sehr große Klemmspaltreduzierungen (Beispiel: d=600mm ==>Klemmspaltreduzierung=2,5mm) erforderlich sind.Dies führt zur Aufklaffung der Spaltstirnflächen (18 ) zueinander in einer nicht mehr tolerierbaren Größenordnung (I.o.g. Beispiel: 0,5°).Dies hat wiederrum direkten Einfluß auf die Schrauben-Gewinde-Verbindung,da der Schraubenkopf ohne eine Ausgleichsmög- lichkeit schräg verspannt werden würde. Die Erfindung löst dieses Problem durch das Unterlegen von Kugelpfannen (4,5 ) unter die Schraubenköpfe ( 9,10) sowie durch die Ausführung des Schaftdurchgangsloches(11,12) als Langloch (13).The invention is based on the problem that very large clamping gap reductions are required for very large nuts (example: d=600mm ==> clamping gap reduction=2.5mm). Ein weiteres Problem,welches der Erfindung zugrunde liegt,ist der bei üblichen Klemmspaltmuttern fehlende,integrierte Lösemechanismus. Dieses Problem wurde durch ein Schraubenkopfhalteblech ( 6) gelöst,welches die Spannschraube (2,3 ) beim Losdrehen in ihrer Position hält,wodurch der Klemmspalt (19 ) vergrößert wird.Gemäß der Anzahl der Spannschrauben (2,3 ) wird das Schraubenkopfhalteblech (6 ) dabei mit Montagelöchern (14) versehen,durch die das Anziehen/Lösen der Spannschrauben (2,3 ) ermöglicht wird. Das Schraubenkopfhalteblech (6) ist dabei mittels einer Verbindungsschraube (7) mit der Klemmspaltmutter (1) verschraubt. Damit wird es möglich.solche Muttern auch bei starker Korrosion in den Gewindegängen zu lösen.Another problem underlying the invention is the lack of an integrated release mechanism in conventional clamping gap nuts. Ein weiteres Problem,welches der Erfindung zugrunde liegt.ist die Verhinderung eines axialen Versatzes der beiden Spaltstirnflächen (18 ) zueinander,welcher von Materialspannungen herrührt,die bei der Herstellung des Klemmspaltes (19) frei werden. Dieses Problem wurde mittels Spannschrauben (2,3 ) mit gehärtetem und eng toleriertem Schaftbereich (15 ) sowie mittels eines in der Breite ebenfalls eng toleriertem Schaftdurchgangslangloches (11,12,13) gelöst.A further problem on which the invention is based is the prevention of an axial offset of the two gap end faces (18) to one another, which arises from material stresses that are released when the clamping gap (19) is produced.
