Description
Die vorliegende Neuerung betrifft eine Sonde zum Entnehmen von Gasmengen aus Abgasrohren von Feuerungsanlagen, über welche die Gasproben einem Meßgerät zugeführt werden, um Anteile wie z.B. CO und O2 mengenmäßig zu erfassen. Gleichzeitig kann auch die Abgastemperatur mit Hilfe eines Thermoelementes gemessen werden, welches an der Rohrspitze aus der Sonde austritt. Die Lösung dieser Aufgabe gelingt bei einer Sonde zum Messen von Gaszusammensetzungen in Abgasrohren von Feuerungsanlagen, bestehend aus einem Rohr mit darinliegendem Thermoelement, welches an der Rohrspitze aus dem Rohr austritt zur gleichzeitigen Erfassung der Abgastemperatur sowie einem rückwärtigen Griff, aus welchem das Sondenrohr und das Thermoelement herausgeführt und mit einem Meßgerät verbunden sind. Um einen stufenlosen Übergang zwischen dem Wellschlauch und den Sondenrohrteilen zu erhalten, sind die letzteren mit Stufen versehen, gegen die der Schlauch anschlägt, wobei in seinem Inneren entsprechende Verjüngungen liegen. Der flexible Schlauch muß einerseits die oben genannten Eigenschaften aufweisen, er muß aber auch temperaturfest genug sein, um durch die Abgaswärme nicht zerstört zu werden. Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, diesen aus Polyamid, z.B. als Wellschlauch zu fertigen, welches kurzzeitig Temperaturen von bis zu 150 0C aushält.For sealing, probes traditionally have metal or plastic cones that can be moved on the pipe.
