Beschreibung:Description:

Stand der Technik sind Abforralöffel für die Zahnmedizin in die Platzhalter in Form von Schnüren u.ä.eingelegt werden.Mit diesen Schnüren wird ein Vorabdruck vorgenommen.Dann werden die Schnüre entfernt und der entstandene Hohlraum Zahn für Zahn mittels eines speziellen Instrumentes freigeschnitten.Danach wird der Abform löffel wieder in der Patientenmund eingebracht und durch einen vorhandenen Kanal von Außen dünnflüssiges Silikon eingespritzt. Das Freischneiden bedeutet einen erheblichen Arbeitsaufwand und die Form einer einfachen Schnur erschwert den Silikon fluß. Sinn d'er Erfindung ist es daher einen der Form des verwendeten Abformlöffels angepassten Kanal zu bieten.Dieser Kanal muß so gestaltet sein,daß er in dem Löffel präzise und dennoch leicht zu fixieren ist,er muß im Löffel deutlich hochstehen,damit die Zähne des Patienten bei der Vorabdrucknahme bis auf den Kanal durch beißen können - dies führt dazu,daß später nicht mehr freige schnitten werden muß,er muß die Einsprizöffnung präzise ver schließen und die Möglichkeit bieten ohne unnötigen Kraftaufwand aus dem Vorabdruckmaterial herausgezogen werden zu können. Hierzu ist die Ausführung einer Griffschleife vorgesehen.Um das Herausziehen ebenfalls zu erleichtern ist vorgesehen die Form zum Einspritzkanaleingang hin konisch verdickend zu halten was außerdem den Fluß des später eingebrachten dünnflüssigen Silikons begünstigt.The state of the art is impression trays for dentistry into which placeholders in the form of cords etc. are inserted. 1. Giesskanal für einen zahnmedizinischen Abformlöffel dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß seine Form dem verwendeten Abformlöffel exakt angepasst ist. 1.
