Bei dem Gebrauchsmuster &ldquor;Atrium-Komfort-Haus" handelt es sich weder um ein Mehrfamilienhaus noch um ein gewerbliches Haus, sondern ausschließlich um Eigenheime in den unterschiedlichsten Varianten. So z. Damit der Wintergarten auch seinem Namen gerecht gestaltet werden kann, muß Dach und mindestens eine Seitenwand aus Glas bestehen, damit genügend Sonnenwärme eindringen kann.
