Description
- a) es ist notwendig, eine große Wärmemenge durch die Crackrohrwände in die Reaktionszone zu transportieren. Aufgrund der großen Wärmeströme liegt die Temperatur der Crackrohrwand weit über der Temperatur eines zu starker Koksbildung und einer Abnahme der Ausbeute der gewünschten Produkte führenden Verfahrensstroms. Eine Herabsetzung des Drucks in der Pyrolysezone ist unmöglich, da die Wärmetransport bedingungen eine hohe Einsatzstoff-Strömungsrate durch diese Zone zwingend vorschreiben;
- b) die Einsatzstoff-Aufheizung durch das Crackrohr ist zu langsam. Infolgedessen verweilt eine bei verhältnismäßig niedrigen Temperaturen gebildete und durch den Einsatzstrom durch immer stärker erhitzte Zonen weitergeführte Anfangsmenge an gewünschten Olefinen zu lange unter Bedingungen, unter denen Sekundärreaktionen in hohem Maße ablaufen. Dieser Nachteil ist bei der Pyrolyse von breiten Erdöl fraktionen, wie Naphtha oder Gasöl, die sowohl hochmolekulare Kohlenwasserstoffe, die leicht gecrackt werden, als auch niedermolekulare Kohlenwasserstoffe, die bei höheren Temperaturen gecrackt werden, enthalten, besonders augenfällig.
