Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schnellwechseleinrichtung an einem Extruder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1. Bei den bekannten Extrudern dieser Art, die zur Verarbeitung bzw. Herstellung verschiedener Produkte geeignet sind, ist am Ende des Extruders eine Aufnahme vorgesehen, auf die die jeweils erforderliche Bearbeitungseinrichtung aufgesetzt und mit der Aufnahme verbunden werden kann. Die erfindungsgemäße Schnellwechseleinrichtung an einem Extruder hat den Vorteil, daß für die nicht benötigten Bearbeitungseinrichtungen kein Speicherraum außerhalb des Extruders erforderlich ist und daß die Gelenkelemente eine Zwangsführung der Bearbeitungseinrichtungen beim Ankoppeln an das Extruderende ausbilden. Wenn die Bearbeitungseinrichtungen auf einander gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Aufnahmeflansches angeordnet sind, ergibt sich darüber hinaus der Vorteil, daß sich beim Schwenken der Bearbeitungseinrichtungen diese nicht gegenseitig behindern.The object of the invention is therefore a To provide a quick-change device on an extruder, a simple and quick exchange of the Machining facilities enabled. Der in der Fig. 1 dargestellte Extruder 10 dient in der Süßwarenindustrie zum Verarbeiten und Formen von Süßwarenmassen. An seinem einen Ende 11 weist der Extruder 10 einen Anschlußflansch 13 mit an zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten schwenkbar angeordneten Bearbeitungseinrichtungen 14, 15 auf. Die eine Bearbeitungseinrichtung 14 ist eine Granuliereinrichtung 16 mit einem daran angeflanschten Antriebsmotor 17, während die andere Bearbeitungseinrichtung 15 eine Co-Extrusionsdüse 18 darstellt. Die Schwenkbarkeit der Bearbeitungseinrichtungen 14, 15 wird dadurch erreicht, daß an den Bearbeitungseinrichtungen 14, 15 jeweils ein Fortsatz 19, 20 ausgebildet ist, der mittels Stiften 21, 22 mit entsprechenden Aufnahmen am Anschlußflansch 13 verbunden ist. Durch diese Befestigung können die Bearbeitungseinrichtungen 14, 15 am Anschlußflansch 13 auch leicht gegen andere Bearbeitungseinrichtungen ausgetauscht werden.The extruder 10 shown in FIG. 1 is used in the confectionery industry for processing and shaping confectionery masses.
