The tops of the pads 21 and 22 form the top of the cushion bar 10 and are therefore visually appealing and designed to match the rest of the seat. 1. Fahrzeugsitz, insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug-Rücksitzbank, auf dem ein Kin­ dersitz mittels einer Befestigungsvorrichtung (20) anbringbar ist, welche am Fahrzeugsitz (1) zwischen Sitzkissen (2) und Rückenlehne (3) des Fahr­ zeugsitzes (1) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Abdeckung (22) vorgesehen ist, mit welcher die Befestigungsvorrichtung (20) bei Nicht­ gebrauch abdeckbar ist.1.
