Description
Die Erfindung betrifft gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruch 1 ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gerüstes für Inlays, Kronen und Brücken in der Zahntechnik, wie es aus der DE 196 11 734 A1 bekannt ist. Bei diesem Verfahren werden die Gerüste, z. B. aus Alumina, hergestellt, indem auf den Stumpf eines Arbeitsmodells eine Folie aufgezogen wird, die aufgezogene Folie mit einem Schlicker aus dem entsprechenden Material, z. B. Aluminia, versehen wird, dann die Folie vom Arbeitsmodell entnommen und mit dem darauf befindlichen Schlicker gebrannt wird. Beim Brennen der Keramikmasse verbrennt die Schrumpffolie und das Gerüst, z. B. in Form eines Käppchens, wird erhalten. Danach erfolgt üblicherweise die Infiltrierung des Käppchens mit einer Glasmasse.
