Hygienic protective insert according to one of claims 1 to 6 and in particular according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the protective insert ( 10 ) is provided with one or more predetermined bend ( 30 , 32 ) for kinking the protective insert ( 10 ) in specified areas when wearing the protective insert ( 10 ).

Hygienic protective insert according to claim 7, characterized in that the protective insert ( 10 ) has a central area ( 12 ), a front area ( 14 ) and a rear area ( 16 ), and that the central area ( 12 ) from the front loading rich ( 14 ) and rear area ( 16 ) is separated by respectively viewed predetermined breaking points ( 30 , 32 ).

9. Hygienic protective insert according to claim 7 or 8, characterized in that the predetermined kink is formed by a perforation line ( 32 ) in the absorbent layer (A).

10. Hygienic protective insert according to one of claims 7 to 9, characterized in that the predetermined bends ( 30 , 32 ) are formed by opposite notches ( 30 ).

11. Hygienic protective insert according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that at least the central region ( 12 ) of the protective insert ( 10 ) has a predetermined crumple region ( 50 ) on its side edges.

12. The hygienic protective insert according to claim 11, characterized in that the predetermined crumple area ( 50 ) has a thinner wall than the other areas ( 12 , 14 , 16 , 20 , 22 ) of the protective insert ( 10 ).

Hygienic protective insert according to one of claims 1 to 12, characterized in that the protective insert ( 10 ) is provided on its rear side with an adhesive layer layer (C) or adhesive layer, and in that the adhesive layer layer (C) or adhesive layer is provided by a protective film (D) is covered before using the protective insert ( 10 ).
