Abstract
Description
The SMS (stands for: "save my soul") is a combined one Manual emergency transmit / receive system system, which is hidden by a radio Remote release started, automatically send a coded emergency signal, one Message received, and can be located by appropriate direction finders, the power supply is via built-in batteries.
The purpose of this facility is to protect people. I.e., SMS should kidnap, give children and adults who have been kidnapped or injured secretly point out their emergency situation by radio and an immediate rescue Trigger search action.
In the case of conventional emergency transmitters, there is usually an "open" reciprocal one Radio calls are made to request help. Other systems send auto matically an emergency signal (crash transmitter) for an accident or an accident Contact with water in shipping. These latter two emergency transmitters can can only be located if the emergency signal has been intercepted beforehand. The The field of application is completely different from that of the application SMS emergency transmitter concerned, in a nationwide radio reception area to be used, and via integrated computer systems with special Software, automatically a search rescue operation without any time delay initiates, and automatically all relevant personal data incl. digitized photo presents. The advantage is over other systems unequivocal in that, in addition to the general radio direction finding for location determination, all people involved in the rescue immediately and without wasting time on everyone important personal data without the offender or gained knowledge too late. The small pocket emergency transmitters are also known to be smaller Reaches for skiers that are only used in certain areas, and mainly serve to find avalanche victims. These are emergency transmitters too not to be compared with the SMS emergency sending system, because their problem is a is completely different. Another advantage of the SMS sender / receiver over the previously mentioned emergency transmitters is that automatically and at the same time next to the local Police, also the family members by phone from a system computer be informed of the emergency that arises and immediately contact the police Can connect to other important facts about search and rescue action. Furthermore, the SMS device has the option that, depending on the situation, an automatic or current, direct announcement via the integrated receiver is possible.
2.2 A person in extreme emergency starts the combined emergency transmitter / receiver Fig. (2) at the push of a button of a mini radio transmitter Fig. (1), which is worn hidden on the neck or bracelet or otherwise on the body, which is also in immediate Closeness, either hidden under clothing on the body, or in a handbag /, school /, briefcase, or similar. ., is also concealed. At certain time intervals, this sends a specifically assigned coded emergency signal on a uniform emergency frequency determined in Germany. This signal is picked up regionally by one or more transmitting / receiving devices Fig. (3) and automatically fed to the assigned computer Fig. (4).
Thanks to its special software, the latter is able to use the online method to address a central computer Fig. (5) or a reserve central computer in which the personal data associated with the received coded emergency signal, such as name, gender, age, address, telephone number ( n), and, alternatively, a digitalized photo of the authorized user of the SMS emergency sender are stored, available for retrieval and output. This personal data is entered when purchasing an SMS emergency transmitter in the respective point of sale, in a computer Fig. (6), and assigned to a predetermined variable code that is stored in the SMS emergency transmitter. Of these computers Fig. (6) go immediately have the appropriate software in the online process all personal data entered on the (the) central computer Fig. (5), and are stored there. The one or more of the receiving station (s) Fig. (3) associated computer Fig. (4) are connected to the local police Fig. (7) via telephone or police computer and automatically provide instantly message via the received coded emergency call, including relevant personal data. At the same time, the computer Fig. (4) automatically informs the family members of the emergency call by telephone, specifying the responsible and informed police station Fig. (7). Via stationary direction finder Fig. ( 3 ) or mobile devices such as helicopters Fig. (8) or ground vehicles, the exact location of the SMS emergency transmitter can be determined via a "cross bearing". A simple bearing makes it possible to determine the standing line from the direction finder to the SMS emergency sender. An integrated satellite navigation system also automatically determines the exact location (coordinates) with date and time information via satellite Fig. (9), and transmits this data together with the coded emergency call to the transmitting / receiving devices Fig. 3 (SMS - short message system), and is received and forwarded by them via specially developed SMS software for the computers ( 4 ).
