Abstract

In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist ein(e) Kellner(in) 1 gezeigt, der die erfindungsgemäße mobile Ausschankvorrichtung 2 auf sei nem Rücken trägt. Die Ausschankvorrichtung 2 weist ein Tra gegestell 3, einen Behälter 4, eine Stützstange 5 und ein Stützrad 6 auf. Das Tragegestell 3 ist über einen Hüftgurt 7 und zwei Schultergurten, von denen nur einer 8 in der Zeich nung dargestellt ist, an dem Rücken des Kellners 1 ange bracht. Die dargestellte Gurtanordnung ist dahingehend vor teilhaft, eine maximale Bewegungsfreiheit des Kellners 1 bei gleichzeitigem stabilen Halt des Tragegestells 3 vorzusehen. Die Gurte werden mit schematisch angedeuteten Klettver schlüssen 92 befestigt und in der Größe angepaßt. Das Trage gestell 3 weist eine vertikale Rückenfläche 10 und eine dazu senkrecht ausgebildete horizontale Auflagefläche 11 auf. Die Rückenfläche 10 ist rechteckförmig und die Auflagefläche 11 besitzt einen rechteckigen Abschnitt 12 und einen dreiecki gen nach hinten zugespitzten Abschnitt 13. Zwischen dem Tra gegestell 3 und dem Rücken des Kellners 1 ist an der Rücken fläche 10 eine Luft- oder Schaumstoff-Polsterung 9 vorgese hen. Der Behälter 4 ist von der Ausschankvorrichtung 2 ent fernbar auf dem rechteckigen Abschnitt 12 des Tragegestells 3 angeordnet. Dadurch kann der Behälter 4 leicht im Betrieb der Auschankvorrichtung 2 ausgewechselt und durch einen ge füllten Behälter 4 ersetzt werden. Zur Sicherung des Be hälters 4 sind entlang den Umfangskanten des rechteckigen Abschnitts 12 vertikal nach oben ragende Wände 14,15,16 vorgesehen. Ferner weist die Rückenfläche 10 in ihrem oberen Bereich eine zentriert angeordnete Öffnung 17 auf, in die eine (Schnapp-) Verschlußeinrichtung 18 des Behälters 4 im eingesetzten Zustand des Behälters 4 (Fig. 1) eingreift. An dem Tragegestell 3 oder dem Behälter 4 ist durch leicht lösbare Befestigungsmittel, wie z. B. einen Klettverschluß 91, ein Rohr 19 angebracht, das als Aufnahmevorrichtung für Trinkgefäße 20 dient. Die Trinkgefäße 20 sind vorzugsweise aus einem, in der Technik bekannten, eßbarem oder wiederver wendbarem waschbarem Leicht-Material hergestellt. Die Stütz stange 5 weist einen schematisch angedeuteten mittig ange ordneten Stoßdämpfer 21 auf. Durch das Vorsehen der Stütz stange 5 verringert sich das für den Kellner 1 zu tragende Gewicht ungefähr um die Hälfte. Ein von einem Akkumulator 205 mit elektrischer Energie ver sorgter Kompressor 206 führt über eine Leitung 207 Druckluft mit einem Druck von 1 bis 2 bar in den oberen Bereich des Behälters 200 ein. Dazu kann außerhalb des Behälters 200 in der Leitung 207 ein (nicht gezeigtes) Druckmeßgerät mit Anzeige vorgesehen sein. Um einen konstanten Druck im Behä lter 200 aufrechtzuerhalten kann die Leitung 207 dazu ferner ein (nicht gezeigtes) Druckbegrenzungsventil aufweisen. Die Druckluft wird dazu verwendet, die Flüssigkeit für das Aus schenken unter Druck zu setzen und/oder Kohlensäure in der Flüssigkeit 201 zu halten. Die Verwendung von Luft als Druckmittel - anstelle von z. B. CO₂ - besitzt dabei den Vorteil, daß die Ausschankvorrichtung eine nicht genehmi gungspflichtige Schankanlage, wie z. B. ein herkömmliches, nicht für einen speziellen Einsatz genehmigungspflichtiges "Partyfaß", ist. Die Flüssigkeit 201 in dem Behälter wird daher unter Druck gesetzt und kann im Bedarfsfall durch den Druck und die Eigengewichtskraft über die Leitung 210 abge geben werden. Wenn die Flüssigkeit 201 z. B. Wasser ist, kann die Leitung 210 mit (nicht gezeigten) am Behälter 200 angebrachten Kartuschen mit Mixgetränk-Konzentraten ver bunden sein, so daß durch entsprechende Ventilansteuerung das Konzentrat, beim Ausströmen der Flüssigkeit 201 durch die Leitung 210, in die Leitung 210 gesaugt wird (Post-Mix-Verfahren). In Fig. 8 ist schematisch bei 220 ein Keg-Ver schluß auf der Unterseite des Behälters eingezeichnet.
