Abstract

The device initially guides the electron beam (2) in a solenoid coil arrangement parallel to the anode (1). The solenoid coil arrangement (4) has a region (A) in which the windings are tilted relative to the remaining windings in the coil arrangement (4). In one arrangement, the windings in the region (A) are obliquely sloping, and in another arrangement, at least one winding in region (A) of the coil arrangement (4) is tilted by 90 deg. relative to the other windings.

Description

Die Ablenkung des Elektronenstrahls auf die Anode kann dabei durch elektromagnetische Mittel erfol gen.X-ray computer tomographs are known, the one Ring-shaped X-ray source surrounding the measuring field sen, in which a ring anode is arranged, which is used for generation of a rotating x-ray beam from an elec electron beam is scanned, which is from an electron none is created. The deflection of the electron beam on the anode can be done by electromagnetic means gene.

The invention has for its object a device to deflect an electron beam onto an anode to form that the electron beam is not deflected is laterally deflected.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features of the claim.

The invention is below tert in conjunction with two embodiments shown in FIGS . 1 and 2 in more detail.

In the drawing, an elongated anode 1 is shown, which is to be scanned by an electron beam 2 . The electron beam 2 is initially closed by an electron gun 3 parallel to the anode 1 in a solenoid coil arrangement 4 . To deflect the electron beam 2 onto the electrode 1 , a plurality of turns are tilted in region A in FIG. 1 in the solenoid coil arrangement 2 . The magnetic field generated in these windings is curved toward the anode 1 , so that the electron beam 2 follows this magnetic field. He is thereby deflected to the anode 1 and not laterally deflected. The magnetic field in area B of the solenoid coil arrangement is switched off. The impact of the electron beam 2 on the anode 1 can be continuously shifted by a variable electrical circuit of the individual turns.

Fig. 2 shows that in area A of the Solenoidspulenanord voltage 4 is a single coil 5 which is tilted by 90 ° relative to the other coils. As a result, the electron beam 2 is deflected by 90 ° onto the anode 1 .

The coil 5 can be formed by a single turn.
