Abstract

The expanding dowel assembly may be used as an anchorage for items in a building. Beschreibungdescription

Die längsgeschlitzte Spannhülse 1 weist die Durchbrüche 2 und 3 auf, deren Breite etwas größer ist als die Dicken der Haltescheiben 4 und 5. Bei Verwendung der Haltescheibe 5 entsteht jedoch eine zusätzliche Zwangsspreizung, da die Nasen 10 und 11 die Wandung der Spannhülse bei Belastung an die Bohrlochwandung andrückt. Der Dübel kann auch gemäß der Fig. IV ausgebildet sein. In diesem Fall befindet sich ein Bolzen 16 in der Hülse 17, der an seinem oberen Ende entweder ein Außen- oder Innengewinde, oder aber einen Kopf zur Aufnahme von zu befestigenden Teilen aufweist, und am anderen Ende einen konischen Ansatz 18 besitzt, der durch Zusammenpressen des Bolzens entsteht. Bei Verwendung eines Kopfbolzens kann eine Zusatzscheibe verwendet werden. Der Bolzen 16 weist einen Höcker 20 auf, der in den Schlitz 21 der Hülse 17 derart eingreift, daß die Hülse gegen Verdrehung auf dem konischen Ansatz 18 gesichert ist. Der Bolzen 16 weist zudem die Höcker 22 und 23 auf. Sie haben die Aufgabe dem Dübel im Bohrloch, bereits vor Inkrafttreten der Zwangssprei­ zung eine Mindestausziehkraft zu vermitteln. Die Hülse 17 weist am Beginn des konischen Ansatzes 18 einen Außendurchmesser auf, der kleiner ist, als das Bohrloch und als das Durchgangsloch des zu befestigenden Teils. Bei bisher bekannten Dübeln erfolgt eine nicht durch die Zwangsspreizung erzielte Mindestklemmung, insofern, als die Hülse, welche dort am Bolzen anliegt, wo der Beginn des Kegels ist, einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der größer ist, als das Bohrloch und als das Loch des zu befestigenden Teils, wodurch erhebliche Schwierigkeiten beim Einsetzen des Dübels auftreten. Dies wird bei der Erfin­ dung dadurch umgangen, daß sich die Höcker 22 und 23 in tunlichst weitem Abstand vom Beginn des Spreizkeils befinden.
