Die hiermit angemeldete Erfindung beruht daher im wesentlichen darauf, daß alle erforderlichen Arbeitsgänge mittels Maschinen vorgenommen werden. Wie aus den aufgeschlagenen Modellen ersichtlich, wird der Plan nach dem Druck des eigentlichen Textes oder der Karten oder der Bilder entweder auf einer reinen Flutmaschine oder rr.f einer Druckmaschine unter Verwendung einer Nutform genutet. In der Hutform ist gleichzeitig eine Stanzform enthalten, die einen ca. 3-4 mm breiten Streifen ausstanzt. Die Höhe des ausgestanzten Streifens ist jeweils identisch mit der Hälfte der Höhe des Planes. Unerheblich hierbei ist, ob dieser Streifen von einer Seite in einem Stück berausgestsnzt wird, oder auf beiden Seiten jeweils zur Hälfte. Unerheblich ist ferner das zu verwendende Material, wobei jedoch bei Verwendung eines Kunststoffes statt eines Kartons der erwähnte Streifen nicht nur herausgestanzt werden kann, sondern sofort bei der Fertigung oder der Verschweißung der Kunststoffpläne entfallen kann. Unerheblich ist vor allen Dingen das Format des Planes, da die Proportionen in sich die gleichen bleiben. Es ist auch in diesem Falle ohne Bedeutung, ob auf einer Seite oder auf beiden ein zusätzlicher Flügel angebracht wird.
